Highly recommend
The Android box is a great little piece of kit, very powerful. I have used it for a few days now and I have noticed that it has got a lot of factory apps that come with it. Once all these have been removed the Android box is very fast. Without removing these, the box works perfectly fine and doesn't crash. I would recommend deleting things that you don't use to avoid taking up too much room on the box.Very impressed would definitely recommend.

Spend less, get more and feel free to install what you want
So I tried to find out all the myth about Android TV boxes and saw those with crazy prices. My needs are very basic:1. Samsung decided not to support Youtube on my 2012 TV which still works so I also decided not to pay for another fancy TV since this one works.2. I heard a lot about IPTV and Kodi, and wanted to investigate what the noise was about.3. I needed to be able to sit back, rest my neck and relax to use some apps (scrabble for the family, reading e-books with the kids etc..) on a bigger screen to give the tablet a break.4. I want to be free to install any app I want and still have plenty of space left so 16GB is still basic for me.5. I don't like any device which freezes because of insufficient memory. 2GB is the minimum threshold for me.This box meets all the requirements without paying a crazy price. The micro sd card slot and the two usb ports work very well.My only concern is that the remote is only good for turning it on and off and Home screen button. Trying using the remote on Youtube and you would understand what I mean. The box is excellent but the remote isn't brilliant so I got a wireless mouse which is used along side.No need to spend so much on a box if you know what you need. If your requirements are as basic as mine then this is a good choice. Sorry I don't play video games so I can't comment on that

Load of rubbish
Sorry it didn't work for me, kept freezing couldn't down load anything to actually watch. Waste of my money. Actually was able to use my roku stick abroad.

Cracking wee box for the price!
I use this mainly for Kodi & IPTV, and find it to be a much more stable box than an Xgody one I paid more than twice as much for. Not sure how much of that is down to it having the newer Android operating system, but setup was easier, startup is quicker and I've not had to force close a crashed app yet... something I do all too regularly on the other.

Good product but noticed that some apps doesn't work on ...
A good product, however, some apps doesn't work on this device. The android software is not compatible with some apps like Netflix.

OK, but make sure that it meets your needs.
I bought this to replace my aged and very noisy PS3, that we had been using as a media streamer. This product does what it says on the packet but that is an issue. As I understand it, the AX9 is pretty much a mobile phone than connects to the internet via WIFI or RJ45 rather than a SIM. This is a problem because the apps (e.g. Netflix, Amazon, iPlayer, et al) also think it is a mobile phone, and as such it is optimised to work with a pan and zoom touch screen, but the remote does not emulate touch screen (that I could workout). Luckily with a bit of lateral thinking I thought about using a Logitech wireless mouse I had knocking about; I plugged the mouse dongle into the AX9 USB port and it worked. So if you do not mind using the remote and a mouse it does work as a media streamer.Another problem I think managed to solve in a roundabout way was that Amazon Prime was consistently hanging after about 20 seconds worth of streaming. I gave up for a while and installed the 'More 4' app and that insisted that I update the Play Store Services app, which I did. Amazon Prime no longer hangs. I am not sure whether this actually solved the issue but it worked for me.

Bqeel Android TV Box
Want a TV box that does more? If that's the case look at buying a Android TV box especially the Bqeel Android TV box.Android TV boxes allows users to do more than just watch TV but also allows you to browse the internet, watch YouTube content, other activities which can be done on normal Android devices such as playing games. The Bqeel Android TV box has a video resolution output of 4K/60fps (UHD). The operating system is Android 6.0 which can be updated like a normal Android device.Being a Android operated device you can download apps from the Google Play Store.Overall I would recommend the Bqeel Android TV Box.

Customer Service and Delivery very good - product crap
Well I had a high hopes about this box, unfortunately it doesn't work as described. 4K and HD streaming looks worse than 720p. Box is not certified by Netlix so if you get Netflix app working ( its not straight forward to make the app working) you'll be getting only 480 resolution which is more like VHS and its not usable unless you don't care about picture quality. It doesn't support DTS , DTS X or Dolby Atmos so if you have nice sound system hooked to your TV forget about this box.I decided to spend more money and I changing this box for Nvidia Shield 2017Customer Service and Delivery very good - product crap
