Q: Can I order replacement pieces? Like the inside clear rubber seal ring, injection port, and breather? I would like to order a few of each piece.

Yes u can get the air filters and self injection ports right here on Amazon. I'm not real sure about getting replacements for the seal tho. Seems like u should be able to.

Q: Will these need to be left slightly loose when pressure cooking, or does the filter provide enough air flow?

GD! I would leave cracked slightly. Although they seem to loosen during pressure cooking by them selfs, so ... I still crack them a little bit. Hope this helps.
