Works well!
Because of arthritis in my knees, I need various exercises to enable me to build and stretch muscles. This is serving as a perfect product for stretching as needed. Light, easy to store, and just the right angle for stretching!

Perfect for yoga
They're dense enough that you could stand on them, but light enough that you won't mind carrying them to the studio (if you go to a studio). They even have a nice bag for just that purpose.These wedges definitely fit the bill, and I also use them for non-yoga stretching exercises to help with sciatica pain.

Dense Quality Foam
I got these foam wedges to help stretch my calf muscles due to leg cramps. I read a couple reviews that said they were small, but I think they are a good size. Perhaps the other reviews were referencing the angle of the slant not being very tall. Unsure.They are 11.5 inches long, 10 inches wide, and 4 inches tall. While keeping my foot flat on the wedge and stepping my other foot forward, I feel a wonderful stretch in my calf. The foam is dense and indentations from the pattern of my shoe quickly goes away.They also come with a convenient carrying/storage bag. Overall, I'm happy with how they help intensify my calf stretches.

Nice Wedges for Stretching
These foam wedges are great for leg stretches. Make sure to read the sizing as they're not the very large triangular pieces. The foam has some give but is dense for one's weight to fully be put down. The bag and the logo bag and design on the wedges are simple and elegant. We will use these as part of our daily stretching routine in the house.

Great for calf raises and squats
These are great for calf raises and squats. Large solid foams blocks that can be put next to each other or spread apart. Great angle as well.I like these a lot. Only issue was the smell and black residue it left on the bottom of my feet when testing it.These come with a bag for travel and storage when not using.

Foam Yoga Wedges
Foam yoga wedges of various shapes for stretching legs, calves and ankles. They work without issue.

Big
These foam wedges are much bigger than the cork wedges that I have and will probably be more useful to me. The size is as expected based on the stated dimensions. Each foam wedge is big enough for both of my feet. One of the wedges is slightly crooked which seems to not be uncommon with foam yoga blocks and props.
