It's still too early to give an indepth assessment but so far it works well enough. It is easy to use and provides a decent crema with the coffee that comes out. The coffee cup does vibrate out of place while in use and it helps to manually hold it in place but otherwise it's satisfactory. My previous machine survived 5 and half years with daily use, I hope this one is equally capable.

Lovely tidy unit that looks like a professional barista machine. My husband loves making himself a drink with this as it gives the same quality as a coffee shop machine but he doesn't have the high cost.Quick and easy to use once you get the hang of it and makes a lovely coffee

I bought this coffee maker as I am starting to like my different coffees.Could recommend this coffee maker for a starter enough!Came packaged well, looks good in the kitchen and has all the right tools to make a great coffee.Loved the milk frother!

decent price but green light will not go on after 3 months so no hot coffee. waste of money.

Our previous coffee machine had broken after a few years. I had a look around and ended up buying this which was cheaper than most models.It's a bit more flimsy than other machine but worked fine......for two months then completely broke. After only a few weeks it stopped heating water and frothing milk. Even though it should have a one year warranty, I have emailed the manufacturer twice and have not had a single response from them. Really poor customer service. Don't put yourself through it. Just buy something different

Replacing my Argos cookworks one that looks almost identical. Doesn't work. Drawing no water up from the water bay. Very frustrating. Returning in could be over €20 and only £9 will be covered. Refund is obviously good, but why can't I get a swap?
