Raw Sourced Vitamin C
Honestly, evaluating supplements isn’t straight-forward. I can’t "see" how these are working, so I have no idea if they are doing anything or not, but the same can be said for just about any other supplement. What I can say is that I’ve been relatively healthy while taking these and have not noticed any negative effects. That said, these do seem to be a good way of supplementing your vitamin C intake, and the fact they have sourced them from raw, natural ingredients makes me more comfortable trying them. I suspect it is this naturally-based formulation that leads to the higher price per capsule compared to some of their synthetic competitors. But sometimes you get what you pay for. And although the price is a bit higher, the fact you get 5 bottles is a plus for me; I hate having to remember to get more vitamins every month, like with most vitamins. As for the capsules themselves, they are about average in size compared to other supplements and have been easy to swallow, for me at least, and have little to no taste. About the only thing that got me was not chewing them. I’ve been taking chewable vitamin C for so long it’s just ingrained in me.Overall, as I said, I can’t say with any certainty that these have done anything, but based on how they are sourced, where they are made (the US), and their lack of fillers, these are certainly worth considering.

No Aftertaste
Decided to try these tablets to see if it helped. First off, no after taste at all. Definitely a plus in my book.So far I've had any issues with them. They actually seemed to be helping me with my health issues. My vitamin levels have been up when my blood was tested recently. Will keep using.

interesting, and good family value pack
I believe that vitamin C is an essential supplement for both skin health and the immune system, at least in my case. That's why I was intrigued by this particular product, even though I already have an abundance of vitamin C supplements to supply an entire village of people. What caught my attention was its claim of being a raw whole food vitamin C. I can't recall having tried this type of vitamin C recently, so I was curious to see the benefits. The concept of deriving vitamins from whole foods appealed to me. While the initial price may seem high, it's important to note that the package includes 5 bottles, making the cost-performance ratio reasonable. I actually shared these with my siblings, and although they didn't notice any significant changes, they found them to be a suitable replacement for their regular vitamin C supplements. In summary, if this product goes on sale and you're in the market for a new vitamin C option, I recommend giving it a try.I will post photos once the review is posted because including photos can cause a delay in the posting of the review

A Radically Different Approach to Vitamin C
I've been a big believer in Vitamin C since stumbling upon the works of Linus Pauling. His Pauline Protocol saved me from the devasting spiral of Chronic Fatigue. I am forever in his debt. When it comes to taking larger amounts of C on a regular basis, you need to be aware that most forms on the American market are sourced from GMO corn. Yup, you read that right. Ascorbic acid on the whole comes from genetically-modified ingredients. Not only that, but it continues to be one of the only widely-available forms sold at reasonable prices. Consumers are left with little choice.I'm going to need to update this review down the road after I have the chance to fully test out the brand's efficacy in the real world. But it's not an understatement to say that I'm blown away by the novelty of the approach. Sourced from Tru C, it's NON GMO. Not only that, it's derived from whole foods. The list of ingredients is super impressive: goji berry, mangosteen, cranberry, acai -- a who's who of the best. But what's also significant is what ISN'T here: unnecessary binders and fillers like magnesium stearate or calcium dioxide. You know the drill because you see them so often you come to expect them. All you've got here is the veggie capsule and an organic rice-extract blend called Nu-Flow. I've honestly never seen another combo like this one.Do keep in mind that two capsules deliver 180 mg of Vitamin C. So if you're used to inhaling mega-quantities of ascorbic acid on programs like the Pauline Protocol, this might not quite be what you're after. This one is taking an entirely different tact. That's why I'm confessing that I'll need to revise this review in a few weeks or months. I'm already taking a highly-potent form of liposomal C that I like a lot. So I'm hoping that their effects will be synergistic. I've taken C long enough to be intimately familiar to how my body reacts. I'm looking forward to seeing where this goes.I love that five bottles are included in this offering. That makes a five-month supply at the suggested dosage of two capsules per day, sixty to the bottle. Over five months at current pricing, that works out to be only twelve bucks per month -- not bad when you consider what you're actually getting. The proof, however, is in the pudding (as the saying goes). Some people take C primarily in winter to beat the common cold. Others take it year-round to boost their immune system in these challenging times. Here's where I believe this new blend will excel. The end goal, as I'm beginning to learn, is BIOAVAILABILITY. That's the reason more people are turning to liposomal delivery mechanisms. But the other way to enhance bioavailability is to source your vitamins from whole foods that the body has been designed to handle. As stated, I have never seen a more ambitious lineup of wholesome ingredients. Add in that it's non-GMO, free of all those binders and fillers, made in the USA and what you end up with is a product that strives to live up to its tag line: cleaner, better, smarter.I wish more companies had the vision to offer a novel approach like this.

Vitamin C from Raw Whole Food/Berries
This 5-Pack of Raw Whole Food Vitamin C comes with 300 Vegan Capsules, with 60 Capsules in each Plastic Bottle. Based on each Bottle’s Direction, the Serving Size is 2 Capsules, which equals to 180mg of Whole Food Vitamin C from Berries. Each Bottle also contains 840mg of a TruC Fruit Blend. But, I wonder, as have many other Reviewers – what happens when you have to/want to ingest a Mega Dose of Vitamin C? Will you ingest a lot more Sugar from all of the Berries with the increased Amount of Vitamin C from this Product? Will it outweigh the Health Benefits? This Product doesn't mention anything about any Sugar Content in any of the Berries. While this 5-Pack offers a Natural Vitamin C, which comes directly from Raw Whole Foods/Berries/Blend, I find that it may be cheaper to get a lot more Vitamin C from a Synthetic Product that offers only Vitamin C. Another Thing, to pay Attention to, is that all 5 Bottles have the same Expiration Date and must be finished by that Date, which is 1/12/2024. Other than that, the Capsules are easy to swallow and don’t have any bad Aftertaste of Odor.
