This is a great little decorative towel holding shelf. The item itself was packaged carefully and the instructions - although pretty vague - were simple enough to install. Both the wood shelf and metal bars are good quality.Something to note it how small it is, though. I can fit around three normal-sized towels in the holder, but make sure you roll them longer than 6", as that's about how much space you have between the towel bars.

Purchased this for our guest bath, and it is perfect. It was easy to install, and it is sturdy and well-made, especially for the price.

The media could not be loaded. I'm very happy with the design and the price. I would say that the quality is slightly too low for the price but the design does compensate for the quality. The metal tends to bend as I'm trying to put towels in the holder. The anchors are too small for sheetrock alone for this amount of lightweight. I did have to put one side into a stud and it works well now. Overall satisfied and would but again with bigger sheetrock anchors.The company is easy to work with and they go above and beyond to improve their products.

Not huge, but holds what you need it too. Easy to instal. Good quality for the price.

These look great once (finally) assembled, but they are the hardest item to assemble I’ve ever purchased from Amazon. For a small shelf, it’s a bit unusual to need two people to hang it, but you will. Does look nice and I would buy a similar style again but not this product. I got one for each bathroom and they hold about three bath towels rolled.

Don't use the dry wall anchors it came with. Harder to take off the wall than to put on the wall. Bends really easily. Weak. Does not fit an adult sized towel. Wood was twisted. It's in the trash now.

I have a tight bathroom. This was perfect size. Granted i thought it was going to be a bit bigger, but in the end i’m glad it wasn’t. It was easy to install. Follow the instructions. Make sure if you are not drilling straight into the stud that you use the wall anchors. If it helps. The three hooks at the bottom can be used as a marker for both top and even the side bars. Make sure to mark and measure.

Its slim. Not too small, not unadvertised. But its not big. Which is OK. It looks great. Installs sturdy. would buy again

Product received is not as per description and pictures are misleading. The 3 hooks at the base ans shown in pictures are totally different and only 2 mini size ones are given which are actually meaningless. Kindly do not mislead customers into buying a different product.
