My husband is obsessed with these work out shirts. They hang really nicely and the perfect length.

I am a 5'9", 225lb muscular powerlifter. If you are looking for a shirt that is just right, not too tight on the arms and not too long or wide at the bottom, while still giving you the perfect fit around the top, XL will fit best. These shirts do come a bit tight around the bicep and tricep area, so it may feel too tight. I usually wear size L, but I ended up trying XL and it turned out to be exactly what I wanted.

I had these in the past and the material was great, reflecting most of it as cotton. This new batch is not 80% cotton and more like cheap spandex material. Im extremely disappointed. I do not recommend this brand for gym shirts any longer.

I like the feel of the material of the shirt. The shirt is an oversized shirt but not very oversized. Next time I will order a size up from expected but still would recommend.

Black and Green are smooth and not itchy. Grey is not great super itchy and looks cheap, but black & Green are good definitely Size-Up. It’s on the thin side like ones you’ll find at target or Walmart so if thats your thing these are great. It’s breathable. Good as a oversized Pump Cover type shirt

Ordered in XL, length is good, but the only oversized or loose fitting parts are the sleeves
