I liked how compact and light weight it is. Also, it was easy to piece together and use. It also was good for the price that you buy it for. It's great on hardwood floor and okay on carpeting, but can't really complain since the pricing was great and the applicability of the vacuum is able to be used almost everywhere in the house. The battery also lasts quite a while. Plus, the customer service responds very promptly and with a very detailed explanation. They provided me with a pamphlet detailing how to troubleshoot the info and also provided me steps on how to troubleshoot in case I needed it as well.

I used this vacuum a half dozen times and tried to adjust to its limitations. The suction meets my needs, I like the headlights, and it's lightweight. BUT, there is a hook on the extension tube (for no apparent reason) that prevents the head from going under furniture like our dressers and TV credenza. I also dislike the 2-in-1 brush tool as it snaps out of place with the slightest pressure. I use it to do our baseboards and edges but don't want a hard plastic edge scraping my woodwork. It's also kind of clunky to clean out the dust cup. In short, I returned it.

When I finish using this stuff falls out of the vacuum and I have to suck it up again or sweep it up

It is light, yet packs sucking power you would't expect. Excellent for quick needs, going over heavy trafficked areas and even good on linoleum. Don't expect cleaning like a large vacuum like a pet vacuum, but it is handy and more than adequate. It is just what we wanted.And it doesn't scatter our pets like our heavy duty vacuum does.

Honestly, this style of vacuum takes a bit of getting used to! It works some different arm muscles than a traditional style. But man, does it ever just glide along so easily. It makes vacuuming easier and satisfying. Even my husband used it once! I have 4 dogs so as a tip, I’d remind you to clean the brush head after EVERY USE for best results and lasting useage of the brush head attachment. Perfect for animal hair with the way the filters are designed. My one and only complaint is the location of the power button often causes you to mistakenly turn the machine off or on without intending to. However, this would not factor into only purchasing this vacuum again. I would do it in a second. Plus their customer service has been fantastic for a small issue I had!!!

I bought this item in March and it's been okay until one day I charged it, I get ready to use it and it doesn't stay on for more than 1 minute and it keeps shutting off. I did buy the warranty so hopefully I can return.

Just received this vacuum cleaner. I love how easy it is to maneuver and how light weight it is. However, the latch on the bottom (where all the dirt goes) does not stay shut. I have to hold it shut otherwise it opens while I am using it and the dirt falls on the floor. It seems like the bottom of the latch is not long enough to stay closed. Maybe I got a defective one.

We just got a rescue dog, supposedly a shorthair, but you wouldn't know it from our floors LOL. Got this to see how it did and was instantly impressed with its maneuverability (the main head swivels every which way), as well as its adaptability which can turn it into basically a DustBuster. Good suction (two speeds) and easy to clean. Nice bonus that they start you with four HEPA filters. My only complaint is it seems like it might have been made with shorter people in mind, I had to kind of hunch over a bit to use it.
