Concealer with Pretty Big Claims and Lives Up to Most of Them...
This comes in a nice outer product box. The product is in a tube that has a pump dispenser, which I really liked. The tube is really lightweight. It says it’s made in the USA.This claims to provide a “soft, natural looking coverage and serious anti-aging technology all in one step.” It says that “powerful peptides reduce the appearance of crepey lids, dark circles, and under eye bags while soft focus pigments brighten and erase discoloration.” It’s supposed to be a “super hydrating formula” that “plumps, firms, and smooths lines, and never, ever creases!” It also claims to “work beautifully as an eyeshadow primer.” That is a lot of pretty big claims! Most people that wear concealer, at least I think most people that wear concealer, hope that it doesn’t cause your lids to look crepey, covers your dark circles and under eye bags, brightens the look of your under eyes, erases discoloration, is hydrating (not dry and cakey looking), smooths any fine lines, and never creases. I can’t think of anything else you’d also want your concealer to do, so this concealer is supposed to do it all! Everything you want all in one concealer! So I thought - SIGN ME UP! Who wouldn’t want all that in their concealer?!I got the shade “Light.” I show swatches comparing this concealer to other concealers I thought most people would have tried before. I compare it to Elf Camo Concealer in “Fair Warm,” L’Oréal Infallible Full Wear Concealer in “325 Eggshell,” and Covergirl TruBlend Undercover Concealer in “L100 Fair Porcelain.”It is a thinner consistency. It feels really creamy. It glides onto the skin easily and blends out easily with brush, sponge, or finger. It definitely is a light coverage. You can build it up a little to get a little more coverage and it still looks good. So, does it live up to all of its claims?- “Soft, natural looking coverage” - I would say that if you apply just a little, it has light coverage, so it does look soft and natural. You can build it up a little and still have it look good too.- “Reduce appearance of crepey lids” - I have veiny and dark eyelids. So, I like to use a concealer or eyeshadow primer that covers that up. But, anytime I apply concealer on my eyelids, they always look so dry. And a lot of eyeshadow primers that conceal also make my eyelids look dry. I’ve only found a few that conceal without making my eyelids look dry. With this, if I apply a thin layer, they don’t look dry, so I liked that.- “Reduce appearance of dark circles and under eye bags, while brightening and erasing discoloration” - This did help hide some of the darkness under my eyes. It didn’t completely cover the darkness on its own. I had to color correct in the darker inner corner of my under eye or use a dot of a fuller coverage concealer in that area. But, on its own, it did really reduce the darkness. I could still see my under eye bags. I’m not sure any concealer can make under eye bags go away. There are products that can reduce them a little (decrease the puffiness), but I haven’t found anything that really makes too much of a difference.- “Plumps, firms, and smooths lines, and never, ever creases” - I didn’t notice any plumping or firming. I don’t think it smoothed any of my fine lines. I didn’t notice any creasing though, so it does seem to live up to that claim.- “Work beautifully as an eyeshadow primer” - I think it worked well as an eyeshadow primer. So overall, I do think it lives up to MOST of its claims. But, is it worth $39 (at the time of writing this review)? You get 0.5 fl oz (15 ml). That’s not very much. That works out to be $78 per ounce! To me, spending $39 on 0.5 fl oz is expensive. It does have a lot of great claims and does live up to MOST of them, so I do believe it is worth it if you can spend it and want a lighter coverage concealer.

Does nothing on Medium Olive Skin
Well this has zero coverage for anything you are trying to cover. A concealer that covers nothing... What is the point?

Not Terrible, But Not Very Good To Conceal Spots-More Like Light Tinted Moisturizer
I wanted to like this Osmotics Cosmeceuticals Concealer and So Much More, but I’m not really a fan. I ordered in medium which seems to be a good color for my somewhat tan olive skin. The bottle with pump and lid is very nice and works well- no complaints there. This is just not exactly what I expected when I ordered a concealer. It is fairly thin, though nice and silky feeling. It kind of reminds me of a tinted moisturizer rather than a concealer. I actually have a bb cream with more coverage than this.It definitely works better if you kind of pat or stipple in like they say instead of rubbing, but the coverage is so light, I couldn’t really tell it was there. One layer didn’t cover any spots or discolorations I had. I did try to add another layer, but as I added more, it became more obvious that I was wearing makeup- like slightly cakey/ powdery. I don’t like the way it looked up close near my smile lines.I also don’t like how they say it won’t ever crease or settle into lines. It doesn’t seem to do so excessively, but it can and will, especially with additional layers which you would need to get any real coverage.Overall, it seems to brighten my skin, without truly covering up some discolorations I have. For me, this might be a nice addition like a very light moisturizing foundation or something for very light coverage or subtle brightening effect, but it just isn’t working for me as a true concealer so far. I’m sure this could be great for others though.I’m going to keep trying to incorporate this somehow and I’ll be sure to update my review if I have a change of heart or just figure out how to make it work as a concealer.I hope my review was helpful in some way, and if so, I would love to know- thanks!

Osmotics makes some great products.....this ISN'T one of them.
I'm 50 and the area that shows my age the most is the eye area. Under eye bags, fine lines and wrinkles under and to the side, crepey skin on the lids in some areas. I encountered nothing but problems with this concealer from start to finish. To start with, there's the color. I ordered the Light. When it comes out of the pump it has a significant yellow tint to it. Once it dries, it oxidizes horribly to a very dark tan when compared to most other "light" concealers. So that's a huge problem for someone with pasty white skin. You start with yellow and end up with orange.....not workable in my world. Then you have the application and the performance. The application directions say to tap it on. Do not smooth or rub and use your finger. No sponge or brush. Well, I tried all methods.....tapping, smoothing, rubbing, less product, more product, fingers, brush, sponge. Absolutely nothing worked. Every time I ended up with an orange, patchy, cakey, dry, cracked mess. I tried it with an under eye moisturizer first (actually 3 different types) and the Becca under eye primer. Absolutely nothing made a difference in the end result. This one was just a fail no matter what I tried. Definitely a hard pass.
