Phoxinus American Snap Swivels Suitable for Carp, Pike and Sea Fishing

I will be using these as sea fishing swivel / connectors and as such they are perfect.They are very mid sized and are a very good price. Having given a couple of them a basic stress test, they seem to be well built and are very strong.As long as you want a mid sized swivel for your weights, jigs or to connect rigs to, look no further - recommended.

Excellent quality and very good price

The swivels are pretty strong, but while I was testing the knots on some leaders I was making I found that the clips tend to spring open at under 10lb pull. There isn't really a standard for a "size 4" snap swivel that I know of, so this isn't a complaint, just an observation.Many of the snaps hold 10lb, and they all hold at least 5lb that I have tested, and if one pops then at least you do have a decent swivel left in the tackle box!Why do I test the knots? Because when I tie them badly they undo at 3lb and at least this way I can retie them without losing the rig or even worse a fish. I Just use a small baggage weighing scale, nothing fancy, with the other end on a cup hook screwed into something sturdy.Now if I set the brake at 4kg (that's two two litre milk cartons hanging off the hook) I know I won't snap anything.

Very pleased with the American snap swivels and at a very good price. Delivery was also excellent.

Can be a little weak especially after a few uses.

I have recently bought this product and been using it for the past few days . I find that I am completely satisfied with it , it makes fishing life slot easier 👍👍👍

Very good price and arrived very promptly. Although the swivels are good enough quality, I will say that they are somewhat shiny, this is not good as the fishies will see them easily. I have not used any yet, so I will see if the latter point is true or not when next fishing.Had it not been for them being very shiny, would have given 5 stars.
