I love it!! I cannot tell if it's helping with inflammation since my gums still bleed with flossing sometimes, but it is very refreshing and tingles, and I can feel with use the tingling is reduced, so I assume it does help. It is way more refreshing than other brands I have tried, like crest. Highly recommended.

I’ve been using this for a while because I do have sensitive gums that bleed sometimes. At my last dentist visit I was ask does my mouth wash have fluoride in it? When I checked it didn’t!!! I called Listerine up on the phone and the woman on the phone says that particular one does not come with fluoride which I found quite surprising. I don’t know what’s in the gum, the gum therapy one that it wouldn’t also contain fluoride so now I’ll maybe buy two kinds and just alternate
