OMGOSH, I freakin’ LOVE Amazon (and no, I have no affiliation with them!!) I “almost always” find EXACTLY what I need with minimal effort.I have had the very UNfortunate experience of enduring the AWFUL, INTENSE PAIN that accompanies the heel of the foot from having plantar fasciitis. Twice. Almost three times- if it weren’t for these Samurai Insoles Ninja inserts. If you’ve never experienced plantar fasciitis then you won’t be able to fully comprehend how debilitating the stabbing pain can become- literally, physically it can bring you to a crawl. If you have had plantar fasciitis then you wouldn’t wish this kind of excruciating pain on your worst enemy - - OK…OK…maybe your “worst” enemy.Anywho, so having plantar fasciitis is horrible. The only positive, if you want to call it that, which comes to mind from having suffered through plantar fasciitis is that you can almost immediately recognize the onset of another bout, should you be unfortunate to get one. And that is precisely where these Samurai Insoles Ninja inserts helped in my case. I had, admittedly, forgotten my Podiatrists instructions to avoid walking barefoot, even inside my own home due to the lack of arch support my feet have, which is what triggers my feet issues (NOTE: different Dr’s & Podiatrist’s prescribe different treatments - some suggest wearing shoes all day long, while others recommend being barefooted, so follow whatever instructions your own Podiatrist or Healthcare advisor gives you), and within about a 2.5 weeks timeframe of going shoeless I woke up one morning and felt the ever so slight, but VERY familiar, pain of plantar fasciitis. Instantly I threw my shoes on and wore them the next two days ‘round the clock, hoping I could reverse, or at least halt, PF onset in its tracks before getting worse. Thankfully it didn’t seem to be getting worse, buuuut I also noticed that it wasn’t getting any better either. *My heel still hurt* I jumped on Amazon, ordered these Samurai Insoles Ninja inserts, IMMEDIATELY put them in my most commonly worn shoes (my ASICS), and wore them non-stop all waking hours. Still do. After putting these in my shoes and wearing them daily, along with doing exercises to strengthen my calves, I - literally - kid you not, felt NOTICEABLE improvement within TWO DAYS!! After following this routine (inserts + calf stretches) just shy of two weeks, I DID NOT HAVE ANY FEET PAIN, whatsoever, not even the slightest hint of PF, nor any other foot strain in either feet. In fact, even though all feet pain is gone, I have not removed these inserts. They remain in my shoes still today, three months after purchasing.If you fear you have plantar fasciitis, I STRONGLY recommend these Samurai Insoles Ninja inserts to help ease or reverse inflammation and pain. To speed up your recovery I also highly suggest the Vive Foot Rocker, which I used in conjunction with wearing these Samurai Ninja inserts to accelerate the healing process. excellent support, they fit easily under the existing sole, they do not slide around, I am so impressed! just what I needed. I like the durability and the material they are made out of, which will cause no increased "smell".

I was told that these insoles were great for plantar fasciitis. I have had them in my shoes for weeks now and I am not seeing any difference. They fit okay in my shoes and are very durable. I am not sure if I would buy them again.

Occasionally I have some minor issues with PF so I have one pair of inserts which I rotate between three pairs of shoes when needed. Recently I slipped while wearing socks and a few days later I developed PF. This time the PF was worse and was causing a limp when walking, which then irritated the knee on the same leg and the hip on the opposite leg. I came across these inserts and decided to give them a try. They WORK! I could slowly feel the foot and knee pain going away and within about a week to ten days of wearing them, all of the pain was gone. Because these are hard plastic, they did take a day or two to get used to, and they did slip a little. You ABSOLUTELY MUST put them under your removeable soles. I ended up using the included Velcro to hold them in place, and that did the job. These things are wonderful for me so now I'm going to order at least one more pair.

I purchased these on Feb 22 2025 to try since none of the other sofe inserts were helping my heel pain.I even went to the Foot store and they wanted $1600.00 for their inserts. I puirchased these from amazon for $32.00I started to feel relief as soon as I started wearing them. I am walking better and have little to next to nothing pain on my heel. I plan to purchase anther pair for my other sneakers.I did contact the manufacture with a question and they got back to me in a short peroid of timeI am 100% satified with the Samural Insole Ninjas. Thank You for relieving the heel painI just received my second set of Insoles. I put them in my Sketcher sneakers and they feel outstanding. I can now wear the sketchers again. I recommend these insoles 100 %

You can get a higher quality insole from walmart. These insoles are just a hard plastic. Very little relief from pain. Again, the seller was easy to work with and delivered in a very timely manner.

WHO IS THE PODIATRIST USED IN ADVERTISING?these iserts took my money - i ask to cancel reoccuring subscriptions and they sent them anyway and then i had to return.See a podiatrist first - i had nerve issues with my tunnel tarsal and these did absolutely nothing but hurt - if you have basic problems then the podiatrist will discover or more problems like dorsal calcanal spurs causing pain and tarsal tunnel (similar to carpal tunnel in wrist) -- these wont do anything.They will all say they arent meant to treat any medical condition - as if they as supposed to help heartburn - sasquatch is not happy about this purchase so i am letting you guys/gurls and every other label they can thin of what these dont treat - they dont treat anything except simple probems with arch and can do harm..they wont tell you they can do harm - but will tell you they dont treat anything and can do harm!!!Sasquatch out - dont get bad feet at good feet.

Stays in place without the velcro. feels pretty comfortable walking. Has relieved the issue I was having on my right foot in certain shoes.
