Very Disappointed -lovely Quality Last Year
I see that my review from last year was included and it was very genuinely meant and I look forward to this frankly since last year and it arrived today hard as a rock clearly not fresh and for $16 it was just inappropriate. I feel like I should be given a fresh product or my money back I’m not a wealthy person and that was $16 and change out of $50 that my little brother who’s not wealthy either gave me as a Christmas present so I love Andy and Ann‘s work when it’s at its best and I’ve mentioned his products to many people so please read this and really respond to me. I’m very very loyal member of your Prime family.(I’ve reposted or allowed to you to repost from last year my review which sadly does not stand this year.)I grew up loving Italian torrone, and, because I really love orange zest, combined with wildflower honey and fresh roasted almonds , this turrón has already become my favorite after one small taste! I will buy this again, and share with friends and family. Thank you, Andy Anand, for such a fine quality confection!

Taste like a mouthful of powered sugar
First compare this photo with the photo of the product on the advertisement. Enough said. There is very little orange taste because of the sweetness. Did not find any orange peel or other fruit. At $2 plus per ounce, more than good steak. The produce leaves an after taste like that of the freeze dried astronaut ice cream you buy at the Kennedy Space Center Gift shop. It says the product is wrapped in eatable rice paper. There was a thin strip if rice paper along one edge the 1/2 thickness of the product. I am writing this review because I don't want people to make the same mistake $14 mistake I made. Keep you money and spend it on a nice steak. My comments are honest.

Wonderful
By far the best I’ve had here in the US. The almonds were fresh and crisply crunchy and the orange peel was especially flavorful. Will definitely treat myself again and search out other flavors too.

Not what I ordered.
I got a nice box with 1 piece of “nugat” wrapped in plastic. The image in the ad shows a wonderfully white piece of candy with yummy looking fruits. Not what comes and apparently, I’m not the only one this has been a problem for. I am going to give this the benefit of the doubt and explain the color away as the honey flavor. I did eat some and it is very honey forward with nuts and dried fruit. Coyingly sweet, but if you want a sugar fix, you’ll get it. It’s chewy and edible, but not my fav. I give it 3 stars because it’s not horrendous, but it’s not what I expected nor did I order based on the ad. So, if you want the pictured product, don’t order it. If you want a sweet, honey flavored, sugar fix with nuts and dried fruit, this will fit the bill.

Nice Honey Flavor
I had this item in my cart and, I accidentally purchased it before really looking into it.This review is based off of my experience which seems to be much better than some others, their reviews indicate a quality control issue.I have never purchased from this company nor have I ever had this flavor of candy before so I had no preconceived expectations. See pictures for better visual of my descriptions. The candy slice was packed in a box and the slice itself was in a cellophane bag. It is 200g and about 7”x2”x.75” , light tan color, not excessively soft or hard. Like most true nougats it had a firm, smooth texture that softens from the warmth of your mouth as you chew it. There is rice paper on the bottom of the slice and until I realized what it was, I was very upset I could not peel it off. For me, the orange flavor was lacking, I tasted the sweetness first, then the honey flavor came out, followed by almond, then the slight orange essence. It is made in small batches with just a few simple ingredients and reminds me of the little candy shops you would find in quaint downtown areas, coastal shops, or open markets. If I had read the reviews, I probably wouldn’t have ordered it and I would have missed out on a nice treat.

Ridiculously delicious..
So delicious. Fresh. Unique well made and a perfect pairing. Lots of fruit and nuts balanced with the wildflower honey . I ate the whole thing then ordered another. I wanted to share with family and friends but I hid it for my secret indulgence. Why not! I deserve it! Something just for me and this was it! It’s soo good. The consistency is perfect. It’s not mushy or sticky I have no idea where those bad reviews came from. Im Italian and grew up on the Ferrara torrone. This is way better. Fresh and delicious. Soft but firm sweet but not overly sweet and the combinations go so well together. Great job keep it up you have a customer for life.

Old, Stale, CRUMBLED TO PIECES, HARD AS A ROCK
Described as "soft" but is HARD as a rock, old, yellowed with age, CRUMBLED, Not edible..I would break my teeth on this. How could Amazon expect anyone to put this crumbled HARD, dried-out stuff in their mouth? This is not fit for eating. Do not buy this. Shame on Amazon! $13.34 wasted my money. Don't buy Amazon stuff made in Spain. This is the SECOND food product of SPAIN that I am throwing out. Because of this poor quality, I will never buy ANYTHING byAndy Anand, ever again.
