Sturdy and well built Not as heavy as I thought it would be and glad it's made of aluminium.Easy to store and use.

Seems sturdy enough folds down to a manageable size. Quite heavy to carry, but, rather that than be flimsy. Have only used it to access the loft, not outside yet. Time will tell. Happy with purchase and good price

Ok, so let's get started. These are not a normal ladder. I've used it several times at full guttering extension and I'll tell you it's not for the faint hearted. It flexes and doesn't instill confidence like a solid one. The large space between rungs make it difficult to climb adding to the wobble. I'm very conscious of the fact that it could unlock and collapse at any moment. When not fully extended the bottom rung stack is too large to easily step over. You are supposed to open from the bottom in this circumstance and have the stack at the top but it's too heavy to push up. These gripes aside, I knew exactly what I was buying, basically a compromise between folded size and sturdiness. You do get used to its idiosyncrasies and the more I use it the more I trust it. I've deliberately bounced on, shaken and wobbled it when up it, probably dumb, and I'm pleased to say I'm still alive. The ladder is easy to stow away obviously and it's reassuringly heavy. To summarize, I can do basic maintenance at various heights, cleaning windows, guttering etc with a compact ladder. Not an everyday pro item but an acceptable when needed compromise.

Fairly heavy and solid, this ladder certainly extends the height of my house so reaches most places. The only fault is the process of retracting, to me it seems a deadly process, scary that figures are going to be trapped. Thought I was doing something wrong but asked a tradesman who told me I was doing thing correctly.

These ladders are brilliant for the length. We had a pair that folded in the middle, and when you climbed them they bent. These however are longer and don't bend. Well worth the money.

I like this ladder, it is compact and easy to store away. The only problem is that it is heavy but durable.

Great set of ladders. Strong enough to hold me and the tools I'm working with. Can't fault them.

Una volta aperta e' difficile da stabilizzare. Bisogna ruotare una parte della scala tenendo ferma l'altra parte finche' non si trova una posizione stabile. Meglio una scala fissa.
