Item is defective. Goes on and off at least 20 times before remaining on for the night. Received a replacement, worked 3 weeks and just flashes on and off like the first. Defective item. Can i return? Thanks.

Puts out ample light where I needed it.
Replaced an old light that took expensive bulbs. Seems to be built very well. If it lasts 4 years or more I will be very happy!
