Let's face it, some of us are born with more body hair than others. For a long time I was embarrassed by it but lately I've learned that by maintaining and managing it then it can be attractive to others. I started using the Braun Body Groomer Series 3 3340 chordless electric razor a few weeks ago and the difference in how I felt before compared to now is like night and day. The buzzer comes with everything you need to control out of control hair on all parts of your body. The buzzer can be used without an attachment for an extremely close cut or use any one of the 3 attachments which are close/sensitive, 1mm and 3mm. The unit has a built-in battery that's rechargeable and comes with the necessary cable. You don't have to be completely covered in body hair to use it either. Even if you're not you can use it to trim underarm hait or manscape the groin area. Point being even if you're not covered there's still reasons to have it available. I never considered trimming body hair before but now I can't think about not doing it.

I don't need to trim often (thank goodness), but when I do I like devices that do the job well, efficiently, and painlessly. And this body groomer is the one—the only one you need.This comes with two attachments for two different hair lengths. Do they make much difference? I don't think so. The difference is a few millimeters in how short it will cut your hair. That's it. It is not recommended to be used anywhere on your body without an attachment, at least from how I interpreted the pictured instructions.I have thick black hair and this body groomer was able to trim my facial hair, underarm hair, and sensitive spots cleanly and quickly. I could groom and rinse it with attachments off in minutes.I love the rechargeability factor because I'm tired of needing batteries to change, but it does use a proprietary plug so don't lose it.For the price and ease of use, it's worth the money. I hope this thing lasts long as it's my go-to for body grooming. Recommended.

I'm not sure why I can't find "the one" when it comes to trimmers, but I'm 40 years into my life and who knows how many trimmers and some come close (no pun intended) but never quite fit the bill. I feel like that's where this one falls, too.First up, I'm not a man, so I don't do "manscaping," but I do use clippers for trimming, albeit in pretty limited areas. My husband, however, does use trimmers more than me, so I got feedback from him, too.The first thing I noticed was that the guards come in short, shorter and shortest. Seriously, I can barely even tell a difference between them. This is fine for our needs but I could see them being too short for someone who wants one trimmer for face and body or even for someone who just wants to shape up but not totally get rid of body hair. I think the biggest downside to these is that they cut short enough that the remaining hair is going to be prickly. Using these without the guard doesn't really trim hair close enough for shave with a razor after, either, so this really is made just for close trims.So, I still call this 4 stars because it doesn't claim to be for the face, so I can't very well fault it for not having guards long enough to shape a beard. And it does work very well. It is lightweight, maneuverable, and it trims evenly and quickly without the need for multiple passes with no hair pulling/tugging. It charges quickly (though WHY do things still have proprietary cables ?!) and lasts enough for several trims.If you're looking for a close trim these are fantastic clippers. They do exactly what the promise with no more and no less.

This trimmer is definitely not going to get you a silky-smooth skin shave, but it does a fantastic job at trimming down body hair using the 2 included attachmentsThe included manual doesn't explain the charging LED status light, or when full-charge is, but from what I can tell, the LED will turn OFF when the razor is full-charge, and will blink continuously as it's charging otherwise.There is a small illustration in the manual that looks like it shows the razor not being recommended for use on the face, and to use certain attachments (1mm/3mm heads) depending on the area that you're shaving. It doesn't quite explain in writing, but that's my interpretation.I've personally just been using this to trim body hair, and it's been working nicely without snagging or irritation. I couldn't ask for much more out of a trimmer intended for body grooming.It would have been nice if they included additional lengths of attachments, rather than just the 2, but for a purely body hair trimmer, I would think the 2 included ones should be enough for me for sure.

The product was received well packaged and on time, after more than 1 month of using it, I am really very happy with its performance, it meets my expectations, I would definitely buy it again, 100% recommended.

If you have lots of body hair and want to remove it, this tool is worth looking into. Other than a little chest hair I don't fall into that category, but swimmers, bicyclists and people who just want to shave their bodies need a good groomer, and Braun products are hard to beat.This particular model comes with 3 shaver 'combs' that click onto the drive head and control the closeness of the shave, but there are additional ones available through Braun. For most users, however, these included combs will be sufficient. For those who might be wondering, there is an included 'sensitive' comb for use in pelvic areas. Thick or longer hair may take a little work to groom to your liking.The 3340 groomer is cordless and rechargeable, making it convenient to use, and the removable head makes it a snap to rinse and clean.It's a Braun, so it's well-made and reliable.
