It's big and it's Awesome!
I'm new to the 3D printing world, but I wanted to print cosplay props. This is what I ended up purchasing, and I couldn't be happier!I had a few mishaps in the begging, but luckily the creality team had already reached out to tell me they would be there to help if I needed anything. I sent them a few pictures with a short explanation and they immediately sent me new parts, (shipping took a while, but they showed up) they updated me on delivery status and made sure I was a satisfied customer, then they shipped me another roll of filament for my troubles... Great printer, backed by Great People.

Worst printer experience
SAVE YOUR MONEY.Worst printer experience I've ever had. It never properly worked for a number of reason. The main one being each time I would try a print, the z offset would be different. Not by a little, the range would be between 2.5 and -10.05. Impossible to print with such a major difference. If that wasn't bad enough, as it printed, the z offset would continuous lower so unless you sit there and watch it print layer by layer and adjust the z offset, the nozzle would smack into the print causing the whole thing to fail. That is exactly what this printer is, a complete fail. That was just one of many issues I had with it. I have bought other printers from other companies without any problems. I am not some first time 3d printer buyer who doesn't know what he is doing, I know about the different settings needed for a successful print. I tried EVERYTHING I knew to adjust the numerous problems with it. When I finally hit the screw it point I reached out to the company for help. Not through Amazon or anything, I directly contacted Creality. Instead of any real help like other companies, they sent me a YouTube link to some amateur fix it video, a video that had NOTHING to do with the problems I was having.I finally hit the end of my rope and decided to send the worthless machine back. That was earlier February. Today is March 20th and I STILL have not received my money back.I never write reviews, but this one was so terrible I had to warn others about it. Save your time and money and do NOT get this.

Impossible to flash firmware!
I need this large footprint for some of the commission jobs I do. $1,200.00 did not seem too hard to part with for something this large and with all these features. Assembly was easy and straightforward. Leveling and Z limit were easy with the video on the Creality site. First print was the bunny that comes on the thumb drive. It was really good. The problem happened when I tried to print the next job, which was a commission job. Bed did its pre-print auto level and stuck on the 'Processing, please wait...' screen. Sat there for over an hour. Power cycled it and it did ask if I wanted to continue the print. Told it yes. Went to lay the prime layers but the nozzle did not get above 140 degreed so it threw the 'processing' screen again. Asked if I wanted to heat and change filament. Sure. Tried that. This time it got the skirt done before it went to 'processing' and hung there for an hour. Tried to reddit some troubleshooting for this issue and no joy. Became convinced it was a firmware issue. Went to the Creality download site and I have the current firmware. Downloaded and tried to install it according to instructions. Never updated. Went to github to see if Marlin has a flavor that will will work to flash this. Nope. Version 2.1 bugfix does not have this printer in the configurations folder. So here I sit with a $1,200.00 printer that won't work. Come on Creality. WAKE UP!! I sent email to tech support, but as expected, no response.

The bed comes a little warped
The autoleveling software shows that from one corner to another on the bed, there is a whole millimeter difference in height.I've spent several hours trying to shim up the bed but I couldn't get it much flatter. I gave up and decided to print something and strangely enough it worked fine.

Right out of the box
Had purchased this printer from another company and it came DOA. Ordered from Amazon, got it, put together and ran right off the bat. The auto bed leveling is a dream and the direct drive is great for those tired of Bowden tube printing. High side of price, but so far it’s been well worth the cost. Even filament changes are done within a couple minutes. No issues with print pauses or anything. Very happy so far!

Mixed feelings
This is my 2nd CR-M4, the first one came in defective and Amazon was awesome enough to exchange it with no problems. I get this one and have tried everything under the sun and it will not print. I've used Creality print, cura, and the new cura beta. Nope doesn't work. I even had multiple youtubers help. This isn't my 1st printer and all my FDMs are Creality. Not impressed with it at all. Oh but it will print the rabbit that comes on the flash drive, but that's it.

Great customer service from the company.
My 5 star rating is based on the customer service. The company responded right away when I had issues. They even send me parts free of charge. Great customer service. In terms of the printer, overall seems to be a good printer, although I had some problems with it. I think it is for intermediate level users. It is not a printer for beginners per se, but it is easy to operate.

Solid, easy to tune. Minor things as expected with a new machine.
Overall, great machine. The dual rails on the bed definitely make it solid. Like any machine, you look for any loosened bolts in shipping. Adjust the bearing guides. Duh.Using with the Creality Sonic Pad. Makes converting to Kiipper a breeze. Motors run smooth and quiet. Fans are louder but I prefer air flow over silence, anyday!Did have to move the head fan plug from K.Fan.3 to Fan 1. No biggy. New machine you expect things like this. Filaments sensor also needs moving but call into their CS for that.Does come with two heads which is nice. 0.4mm nozzles not out yet. as it uses a 23mm long Volcano style instead of the standard 21mm long. Not a concern for me as I just made a conversion from a plated copper nozzle as an insert so I could run mk8 Diamonback nozzles at 0.8mm. Much higher flow and finish.Using it to print project boxes for equipment. Big enough to print the floor plan with bolt posts, doors, and covers.Size does matter ... LOL
