SekondaMen's 42mm Pilot Style Quartz Watch with Analogue Display Date Window and Leather Strap 50m Water Resistant

I'm a bit of a watch nerd- mainly seiko/ citizens and some casios in the mix. Saw this watch and pulled the trigger as it looked nice and at an amazing sale price of £16! Wasn't expecting much at this price and have never had a sekonda before. Boy was I surprised. Leather strap alone looks worth the asking price. Really classy dress watch with fantastic finish. I'm so surprised at how well they could do this watch. Makes me think other brands are just ripping people off. Okay the packaging was basic and its a quartz but who cares. I wouldn't touch a cheap/ no name auto anyway and unless you wear it everyday and automatic is more hassle than it's worth. I have medium wrists and it looks fine. I prefer smaller watches at the 38-40mm size but this wears great. There were a few holes left on the strap so if you have very large wrists please budget changing the strap. Normally the straps are junk on cheap/ sometimes not cheap watches such as seiko. But this strap is surprisingly great quality. Can't fault anything really. Well done sekonda. You deserve more praise and fans! If you like an orient bambino you will love this. ❤️

Bought the watch in black and it looks great. I’m a very basic bloke, get up, go to work, come home, have dinner, fall asleep, go to bed and repeat so this watch suits me fine. In fact, the design is so good that it makes me look a little less dull. Only issue is the winding mechanism which seems flimsy so no idea how long it will last. So far, very pleased.

I can't believe this watch is £20! I used to have a £2000 TAG Carrera, which I kept I a draw because I was worried about damaging it. This watch looks better than the TAG; is a perfect size; and tells the time accurately, as you'd expect from a watch!Honestly the best purchase I've made I a long time. You won't be disappointed.

Sekonda Gents Brown Dial Date Strap WR Watch 3882I have to admit that I bought this watch just on the strength of looking at the first photo of the product on the product page. I neglected to notice that the description says "Brown Dial" whereas the picture implies the face is black. So, all you folks out there that would like a metallic bronze brown-faced watch with a nice 'milk chocolate brown' strap at an excellent price and with "Sekonda" quality, then this is for you.All this to one side, it is an excellent buy. In addition to what you might expect it is water resistant to a depth of 50 metres and has a 2 year manufacturer's guarantee, has luminous hands and the watch glass is mineral crystal (not easy to scratch plastic). The back of the watch is stainless steel and the outer part of the strap is leather; the inner being a nice suede-type material. The whole timepiece has a quality feel and appearance that belies its relatively low cost.Despite my being oblivious to the colour of the face until I unpacked it from its presentation case, I award the product and the quick service from Eurosparkle (the suppliers, but delivered via Amazon) a full five stars!

I have had this watch for about a fortnight now and can not speak highly enough of it. I wanted a watch that was good looking and comfortable but at the right price. I didnt want to spend silly money as it is a watch i would wear for work and it would get the odd knock, so I went for this after reading all the great reviews on here. It arrived very quickly, so I can not have any complaints about the seller. And It really is lovely. It is very comfortable to wear and looks really smart. My brother is a watch fanatic and spends thousands on his breitlings and the like, and it has even caught his eye. The face is very clear and i dont even need my reading glasses to see it clearly. If i was to have one criticism it is that even with my glasses on it is very difficult to see the date on it. So if you wander around not knowing what day it is, then go for something different. And as for keeping the time? When it arrived the time was set and was running 42 seconds ahead of my computer. 2 weeks on and it is still running 42 seconds ahead of my computer. So it does appear to keep to time well. So overall, for the £20 (ridiculously cheap) i paid for it, I am absolutely delighted with it and can not recommend it enough.

Nice watch, i just cant see the date

I really like the colour and layout of this big face. The hands are rather an odd shape but this makes them easy to read at night. The watch was already set to time and date on arrival. Best of all - and this is not shown in the Amazon advert is that the back of the case is of the unscrewing type with six lugs and I have bought an adjustable spanner for it. I hate the sprung in watch backs as I find it difficult to take them off without scratching them. Now I can easily replace the battery. For the price this watch is superb my only niggle being that the strap is barely long enough on the last hole and come summer I might need to punch another one as my wrists tend to expand a bit in hot weather.I read all the whinging about the second hand not corresponding to the lines on the bezel and noticed this is only if you are holding it up to your face if you glance at it with your arm in the normal raised posture there is absolutely no problem - it lines up perfectly. I think it was designed that way. I also cannot hear any sound from the drive mechanism - perhaps it is too high pitched for me to hear now - I am 72.
