So good I have three
This latest Amazon purchase of this TV is my third. The other two were bought from The Sony Centre. They are ideal as secondary TVs for bedrooms and that’s what I use them for - one in each bedroom. Each one is hooked up to a Sky Q Mini Box and an Apple TV4k. Okay the TVs themselves are not 4K but I needed the Apple TV 4ks to get the full level of services from Apple. These Sony TVs look great and sound quality is acceptable although audiophiles will want to add a sound bar or other external speakers. The styling works great for me as it allows for a Sky Q mini box to sit discretely beneath the TV and I fix the Apple TV’s to the rear of the Sony using the mounting kits available from Apple. Set up is nice and tidy and ideal for sitting on the likes of a chest of drawers. Smart TV functionality is limited as there are not that many apps although Netflix is built in. Overall I can recommend this as a great secondary TV for a bedroom, kids playroom etc but I would go bigger and more upmarket within the Sony range for my main lounge or home cinema TV.

The best but a bit expensive.
It’s a Sony tv so beautiful picture and looks very stylish. Ideal for a bedroom or smaller room , has built In Netflix prime i player etc you can’t add apps but enough for most needs. Like all new thin TVs , sound is thin as well, I’ve added a small home made sound bar / sub woofer , as there is a sub out via the headphone socket. It’s a Sony so pricey , but that’s the price you pay for the best picture quality.

Good picture
Easy to set up, although I suspect its easier because I'm just connecting to a Sky Q box. Picture is good and sound is ok although my old Panasonic, which is in the other room, has better sound. On balanced I'm pleased with this Sony I haven't found my way around the "Smart" features yet.

Awful experience
Looked smart and worked well with Xbox series S but the problems began when I tried to watch my Firestick. It began losing sound and the TV kept switching itself off and on. The remote kept freezing up as well and then I had to switch the TV off and on to get it to work. Watching Disney+ I had to put the volume on 50 just to hear it (my Blaupunkt it replaced was usually on 12) and again it started switching itself off and on and losing sound. Amazon tried to troubleshoot for me but it didn't work and we had to arrange a return.

The tv has a good clear picture and the sound is quite good for a small flat screen tv

Perfect.
Arrived earlier than expected which was brilliant. Well packaged and easy to set up. Brilliant image and is a very nice looking tv. Well worth the money.

Beware the glare!
Generally a good product with one glaring exception. Ours is positioned facing living room french windows and the screen reflects very strongly in the afternoons when sun is on that side of house. Our previous Bravia was in same position and did not suffer this issue due to matt screen surface.

A Nice Television
Its a nice looking TV. Get a good aerial or whatever and you get a decent picture. Its a Sony so should be reliable. Sound is ok as long as you dont max it. Can't add any smart tv apps though. It comes with iplayer, PrimeVideo You Tube and Netflix, but cant add All4, UKTVplay or Disney etc. So it loses a star for that, but otherwise we like it.
