Stale packs
We ordered 2-72 packs for an event. All of the cotton candy was stale in one pack and not able to be used

Grape flavors were melted
Every package of the grape flavor in my order was melted together and didn't pop in your mouth. All other flavors in order were not damaged.

Hard to find, expensive
Got these for Halloween to go with space theme. They were a HUGE hit, but too expensive to be the only treat to give out. Also, very hard to find this candy elsewhere.

Missing flavors, defective
I got this pack just for the cotton candy specifically and I did not receive it in the pack so who knows if I had all 72.Then when y part guests tried to eat them they did do their classic popping thing and they were all really hard and compacted together in the package versus the loose rocks like they were old and had been sitting their forever. Honestly big waste of my money, many regrets.
