This comes with little screws, little rawl plugs, and it slides onto brackets. It's crap as often slides off the top when you remove a coat or towel etc. I drilled two holes in it, put in my own large screws and rawl plugs hard onto the wall and it works a champ. You need to tighten up the screws behind the hooks too and it's pretty decent. So if good at a little DIY it's good, if you can't do this it's pretty flimsy, slides and falls off the wall. So can be 4/5 if you modify a little. The manufacturer should take note.

Well designed and comes with two types of raw plugs + screws and a helpful measurement tape with guide points for fitting to solid or partition walls. Highly recommended.

would like to have had a natural pine finsish instead of darker staining as bannister and stair landing is natural but weathered pine already. Takes heavy coats and I found double hooks instead of triple hooks were better, as other items NOT crushed by weight of 'on top coats'
