Great for pickleball!
I'm a fairly new pickleball player, and had been playing in running shoes. What a difference these shoes make. I feel more sure footed and stable. They grip the court well. I found them to be comfy right out of the box. The insole IS removable (it just has light glue, pulls right up) if you need to use custom insoles. They are a little light on padding, but I could feel the court better. My foot is a size 8, but a little wide (nearly 4 inches), so I usually buy a size 9 or 8.5 wide in women's sneakers for extra room in the toes. I also usually wear thicker socks. I bought these in an 8.5 and they fit well. My foot feels strapped in and secure, my toes aren't totally crampt, no sliding, only minimal toe banging on front of shoes with hard stops. These are great shoes for beginners!

Perfect fit, price and ready to wear right out of the box
Immediately comfortable court shoe, and size 9 fit me perfectly. For the price, great find!

Oveall a great shoe for the price.
I wish I could give this shoe a 5 instead of a 4 only but the toe box is slightly too narrow. I have an issue between my little toe and the next toe on my right foot that forms a callus between the two toes (Morton's neuroma?). I have to put a piece of tape to keep the toes from rubbing. If I forget to tape, it can get quite painful to wear this. shoe.HOWEVER, I have made shots on the pickleball court that possible only because of these shoes. They allow me to stop, stretch full out, and turn on a dime. There is no sliding inside the shoe and the combination of leather and mesh allow me to bend my foot to reach high or pivot.NOW for the best part. I have worn these shoes for 4 months and there is little sign of these wearing out. 2 months is the usual length of time it takes me to take down the soles because I play every day for about 2 1/2 hours straight. Pickleball is a sport that doesn't cost much once you have a good paddle, but I hate that I run through shoes like a knife through butter. I think these shoes would have lasted longer if I only wore them on the courts. For the price I paid these are excellent shoes.

You will love them on courts
I recently started playing pickle ball and was told by my coach to find court shoes. Couldn’t find in store. Only a few options on Amazon. I got those for the brand. Those are rigid soles but I feel very supported on the court for lateral movement. I love them so much for the look and I’m wearing them with wide leg pants. The color is just right.!

I love these.
I'm new at pickle ball. Someone suggested getting court shoes so I did. I have not played with other court shoes but compared to regular sneakers these shoes are great. They give so much support and a strong base when I play. Other people said that on other reviews but I didn't really believe it. And maybe any court shoe does that, but I can tell you these are some of the most comfortable shoes I wear. On another review they talked about the shoes seeming bigger than normal. But I can only assume that is because you have a slightly bigger sole on the shoe for support. It took five minutes to get used to that. I know there are more expensive brands out there. I don't know how they can be better than these for the money. I will be buying these again. I love these shoes and could wear them all day long.

good
So this pair of court shoes dots all the i's and crosses all the t's.It's got great traction, has great stability, it's comfortable (though not as much as my running shoes).Yet...I just don't like its looks. There's something about it that looks clunky and I'm not happy looking down on my feet. Also, I got these in size 8. Because I normally wear size 7.5 dress shoes and 8 tennis shoes. But even with the thick socks on, these were way too big. They look big. And they feel big. So get them in your dress shoes size.Sidenote on shippingI've been griping about amazon shipping items in flimsy plastic bags - I'm all for lighter and cheaper, especially if all the carriers were easy on the products. But when you get a box item in non see-through plastic, it is very easy to get broken boxes. Like in this case. This one was ripped on both of the hinge corners. Just keep this in mind if you're getting a gift and on a tight timeframe.

Very nice
Comfortable but took a little getting used to. Lower than I expected and a little bulky but you get the hang of it. They look very nice and work well on tennis courts with my experience.
