I've tried just about every make and model, you just have to try them on until you find the one that works best for you. This one did work for me in DD cup

No. This Bra is not true to size. Runs 2 sizes too small.

Q: These go from ddd to a g, and i'm a f. i know according to some, ddd and f are the same, but i've experienced otherwise. any help on what cup size?

If u are an F then go up a band size and down a cup. Im a 42 F but I can buy a 44DDD
