I received the items as they were listed, in a timely manner and with very few issues. That being said, when I opened the box and started removing the wrapping it became evident that someone had put the wrapping on too tight breaking the 1,000 ml beaker that was on the outside. I say this because there was no evidence of the box being mishandled, the wrapping around the beakers was very tight and none of the other beakers were broken. I chose not to return the purchase because I need and am currently using some of the other beakers and there was not an option to return only the broken beaker...so I simply threw it out. I think there should be a change in the return/replacement policy and will likely not order from this company again because of that. There is no guarantee that, if I had returned the whole purchase, I would have received the whole purchase damage free on the second, or consecutive, orders...and this would have caused me even more issues, like still not having the other beakers that I really needed as well. I would have loved to give them 5 stars due to the timeliness of the order arrival and the products being as stated on Amazon, but because of the above issues and their bearing on my future purchases I had to give them a 2. It's sad that companies are getting away with doing things like this...it's like it's the consumers problem when the company messes up anymore, they don't even really try attempt a genuine apology or to make things right just tell you that they will send a replacement whenever they get to it. I've had this happen far too many times recently, and as a disabled veteran who fought and watched brothers and sisters die for our freedoms....I'm saddened by things like this.

This kit is great. I was sad to find that the glass stir rods were broken. But everything else was great.

Just don't put them inside of each other they will get stuck and I had to break the biggest one to get them apart. I would recommend.

2 of the beakers are broken.

I am very pleased with this set of six beakers made of borosilicate glass. The tongs and rods are a plus! They arrived nicely packaged in bubble wrap. They are definitely better quality than the previous set I bought from another vendor that came packaged yet one cracked upon unwrapping.

The tongs are nice and sturdy, and there is nothing wrong with the beakers. It is a nice little kit that isn't horrifically over priced (though you could probably find a comparable one cheaper somewhere if you looked for sales).Do realize that they are all smaller then the photo make them look, but the volumetric measurements *are* listed in both the title and description so there is no deception going on.
