Best saffron on the market - works very well and you can start to feel its mood stabilising effects a week in. I feel more calm, relaxed and able to control my emotions. I also feel more present. Disappointed
I’m so disappointed it has the opposite effects than what I expected. I took it for only 3 days to notice that I overate, gained weight, felt tired and couldn’t sleep. Maybe 200mg is too strong
