I ordered this item when my beloved hamster Basil passed away and it arrived within 2 days. It's a lovely size (about the size of my palm) and beautiful quality. I wasn't sure if they did plaques for hamsters as it wasn't on their selection options. So I queried if they could do a hamster plaque when I ordered it, this was not a problem and they followed my instructions perfectly.What I requested on the plaque is word for word what I requested. Really happy with this product and think I might order some for my deceased rabbits that I have buried in the garden as I feel this is a nice touching way to remember my beloved pets. I don't normally do reviews, I tend to stay away from attention but I just had to say how much I love this Product, I wasn't sure if they did hamsters and was pleasantly surprised, I wanted to do something special for Muushu, I had him since he was 6 and he made it to 2 years and 10 months, the plaque just brings it all together, they take great care in making it as personal to each person and after order send you an email allowing you to change anything if you wish 2.10/10Would order from these again.Also yes i know the ornament is a guinea pig, my guinea pig solar is also buried with muushu.
