I'm very happy I found this product. These work great. I've noticed hair growth. They are not huge vitamins so easy to swallow. No taste. They are a bit expensive but do go on sale.

I have never taken a supplement that could actually see the benefits. I went vegan years ago and developed a bald spot on the side of my head from not eating enough nutrients/protein. The product is fine. I’ve been taking for about 6 or 7 months. I’m still not seeing improvements in my hair, but I know I’m supposed to give it a year. I took a star off bc of how long it took to ship. I didn’t have any to take for 4 or 5 days, so I hope I’m not starting all over.

This was recommended to me by a functional nutritionist I see.
