This item tasted fine but it has a lot of calories for some reason and I’m not sure why.

This seems to be a well made product. I have been adding black pepper to my turmeric, so now just can put a teaspoon in my drinks or on my foods. It has helped with inflammation very helpful to be already mixed. I have only used it two or three times so far. Will order again when this is gone.

Best for immune system.

I have been treating my dog’s Westie lung disease with supplements and Chinese herbal medicine. Primarily teas have worked the best, and I only put in a fourth of a teaspoon of turmeric with her meal. This also cuts down on her joint aches and pains so she can move around a little bit easier.

The taste wasn’t that great but with some lemon honey and orange tea it was pretty good. So far feel more energetic and pain free from Arthritic joints.
