MasterClass Deluxe Boiled Egg Slicer / Wedger, Stainless Steel, Silver

I love this addition to my kitchen gadgets. I have had many other egg slicers over the years and they have all fallen apart within a year - this one is studier than all of them - it has rubber feet so doesn't slip in use - it's easy to clean - I love that it has two types of cutters but is still so small - very well designed.

Just be careful what size eggs you buy. It certainly doesn't like anything above medium. It tends to squash it's way through eggs rather than CUT through them. I mistakenly thought at that price it would be the bee's knees. I gave it the 2 star for quality of construction, not for the quality of the end result. I will certainly be buying cheap and cheerful next time.

Had so many egg slicers which have been so weak that they’ve either broken or need so much care to line wires up that not worth the bother. Decided to pay a bit more for this one, and so worth it. Only used for slicing up to now, not tried the other 2 functions.

This slicer both slices and wedges - but it only slices one way. We like slicing eggs the long way for a more even distribution of the whites, but that can't be done with this slicer.

as a professional caterer my girlfriend gives this some hard use, we have just replaced the old one after 10 years hard service so we can recommend this item very highly.In domestic use it will last a lifetime.

Fantastic tool to have in the kitchen

I do not like this product as a mushroom slicer as it does not do the job well. I am not sure if it can only do very small mushrooms as I have used it to slice Chestnut mushrooms and it could not slice the mushroom properly. The debris of the mushrooms also remains in the gap which is very difficult to clean.
