Q: Is this light enough that will float a long time in suspension in a snow globe?

It's light and dusty, so I would think so, but can't say for sure. Sorry.

Q: can this be used in making candles to add to the wax?

No, I would not recommend this glitter for candle making. This is beautiful glitter, but there is no indication that it can be used for that purpose, so it could melt with the hot wax and emit toxic gasses. You need a bio glitter, which indicates it’s appropriate for candle making.

Q: Can it be used to paint a projector screen on a wall?

Image you could if very well mixed.

Q: Does this look like real sugar? I'm thinking of using it for Fake sugar for a project.

That would probably work! I use it in epoxy and when it gets wet it sort of loses its sparkle. But if you’re going to be dusting it on top of something I think it would look good.
