Excellent. Well made, the drawer slides in and out easily, and the construction is sturdy. The pieces are very small, but the detailing is surprisingly good considering the scale. They're very slightly magnetic, but I don't know how much disruption a board would take without the pieces moving. But overall, this is a terrific miniature set, good quality and very pleasing.

This is such a cute little chess set which I bought to play with my 6 year old son. Its very nicely made and with an excellent slide-out drawer for the pieces (that clicks in to place so it doesn't just slide out).It is very small which is ideal for travelling and fun to play on. Would be tricky as a main chess set though. The magnetic pieces are nice but would be great if the magnets were a little stronger (they do hold the pieces upside down as they are very light).

This is a really tiny chess set that might be tricky for some people but is fantastic for travel. It can be carried around, forgetting you have it, even if you don't know if you'll end up playing.

Looks well made, is light and generally fit for purpose

Way too small hard to use. Magnets are way too week. Very bad quality. breaks easily. Just terrible.

Really well priced

So, this thing is tiny. The peice are very small in my fingers and difficult to handle. They also stick together or repel one another as the magnets appear to be in random orientations, which causes them not to sit in place properly, which is really annoying. The prices don't stick to the board particularly well either and move at a fairly low angle. The felt on the bottom of the peices is of pretty poor quality and I don't expect it to last. The board itself is quite nice, but I must say, I'm pretty disappointed all round with this. Definitly over priced for the quality....
