Q: How does it get filled? it says shipping wait is 10lbs but the weight is 110lbs?

Comes in two boxes, one for the base and one for the upright bag. It is 110lbs total. Most of the weight is in the pre-filled base. The base feels like it is filled with small gravel.

It does fly across the room and tip over.
