Not as good as a USPS flat rate priority envelope.
I switched to these envelopes from flat-rate USPS priority mail envelopes a little while ago. These are almost comparable but fall short because they are a bit too tight for my needs. I am mailing out artwork on paper. With the USPS envelopes I could insert my art sandwiched between two pieces of standard thickness corrugated cardboard for extra strong protection. This is not possible with these envelopes. At best I can fit three... maaaaaybe four sheets of cardboard with the thickness of that from a cereal box. That can provide some protection, but not as rock-solid as with the USPS envelopes.

Perfect for mailing art prints
These mailers are super sturdy and I use them to mail art prints for my etsy business. I put an extra piece of chipboard to keep the art super flat. There’s no way that package is bending in the mail. I went through one pack already and I am about to buy another!
