I love how it just makes you sweat.It did give me a bit of struggle to put together because i didn't push the plastic hard enough together. but i eventually got it together and got it working great after that. It did rip a little bit in the corner when i was put the cover on but i just tapped it up because it was a lot of work so i wasn't even going to bother to take apart and return .But over all works great and makes me get a great sweat in.

I waited awhile before giving this review. The product arrived timely and was easy to assemble. After two months, however, the steam generator died. We were disappointed, and contacted Amazon. They said since it was past the 30 days, there was nothing they could do, and suggested we contact the seller. We did, explained the situation to them, and to their credit, they shipped us another steam generator free of charge.Although we initially had this problem, I’m still giving them a 5 star review, because they stood behind their product, and did the right thing.

I am in love with this portable sauna.I’ve been using it an average of 2-3 times per week since I received it (about 5 months ago), and every time I use it, I use it for a full hour (which is the steam pot’s max. time duration) at the higher temperature setting (which is P9) because I got so used to actual steam saunas, dry saunas, Jacuzzis, etc. with extreme temperatures while living in Korea, that, of course, it is kind of hard for me to feel the temperature in this portable sauna as a VERY HOT temperature. Nonetheless, the temperature is high enough to make me break a good sweat, and it is within the temperature range of most portable steam saunas, which is around 140°F to 150°F.I decided to purchase this sauna because, for about 4 months, I had a severe hacking cough that wouldn’t go away with anything in the world… Until I used this steam sauna everyday for 5 days. I filled the steam box or medicine box with herbs like rosemary, thyme, eucalyptus, cinnamon, and ginger, and it smelled like heaven. Even now, when I take my sauna out of the closet and it is dry, it still smells like cinnamon and ginger, it is so nice. It never smells bad (of course, I make sure it is completely clean and dry before I put it away). But aside from smelling good, the most important thing is that it really cleansed my lungs, and it has helped my heart, my blood pressure, my skin, and of course, my weight. And let’s not forget and how calm and relax I feel after taking a sauna. Love it!And the absolutely BEST THING: I can use it inside of my house [which is a very tiny house (~.~)]; no water leaking, no mess, no complications to assemble and disassemble nor to clean it and store it. I mean, it fits in a small fraction of space within my closet! Awesome!As far as comfort, it is comfortable; although I must say, the sauna appears to have been made for tall people. I am a tiny 5’2” ft. tall person, so when I use the little chair that came with the sauna, my head stays inside of the sauna, which I love, because I can take a full body and head sauna; however, if I want to keep my head outside of the sauna, I just use a little plastic bench that is higher, and problem solved. At the time of purchase, I had a hefty weight of 220 lbs., and I could seat very comfortably in the little chair that came with the sauna. As I continue to slim down, obviously, the seat becomes more and more comfortable.Overall, I totally recommend this sauna. It is very affordable, easy to use, and it fulfills its purpose.

No problems assembling or using. Controls are accurate and easy to reach.

I like the steam box for it's work but it is very hard to sit inside on a tiny chair for my clients. It needs a better chair or stool that is sturdy. If they can't sell it along with the package, they should provide an opetion to upgrade the chair/stool for a better one
