I started with the bamboo holder with rubber inlay for the whetstones, but it went allover my kitchen top. It was flotting on water even on a silicone placemat. The new one is much better real steady . I' am satisfied and easy chance of stones. Perfect tool.

I have a couple of different whet stones of different sizes and this adjustable holder copes with them all perfectly well.The rubber feet provide a perfectly stable base for sharpening knives and scissors and for the price it is great value.The metal is clearly a coated iron and so is prone to chipping and rusting so care is needed when washing to ensure it is thoroughly dried before storage but you get what you pay for.Recommended as the job it does is, I am sure just as good as a more expensive option.

Not sure how I managed without it. Holds the stone slightly higher and that makes it easier to sharpen at different angles plus it doesn't move as much.

I needed a whetstone holder for my Naniwa stones. It's sturdy and Rock solid when the whetstones are attached. I noticed tha it's not made of stainless steel but it's a different coated alloy so after you use it dry it firmly and coat ist with a bit of WD40 for rust protection and it will last a long time.

Me ha sorprendido que este soporte, haga su función de manera muy correcta. Soporta las piedras de afilado muy bien, y están no se mueven ni lo más mínimo, y bien de precio

Sur la photo, ça parait petit et un peu fragile, en fait le support est assez lourd, les blocs de caoutchouc bien massifs, posé sur le plan de travail ça ne bouge pas. Les pierres sont bien fixées, j'utilise des global actuellement, de 21 cm, et les Shapton que j'ai commandé font la même longueur. Donc très bon achat !! D'autant qu'il est moitié prix par rapport à d'autre supports. Voire... je rajoute une remarque, à l'usage, il ya de la rouille qui apparaît au niveau du pas de vis sous la molette de serrage si on la laisse toujours dans la même position. J'ai donc dévissé à fond, pulvérisé du wd40, brossé. Et maintenant je devisserais à fond pour le faire sécher.
