HOZELOCK - Pressure Sprayer Viton Plus 1.25L : Ideal for Strong Treatments, Equipped with Viton Fluoroelastomer Seals, Stainless Steel Pumping Stem, Continuous Spray Function [5102P0000]

Arrived quickly, feels sturdy and works well. For some reason Hozelock have decided to put warning signs on the back of the bottle saying no flammable content, no explosive content and no corrosive content which would pretty well rule out its intended use as a chemical sprayer. Luckily some helpful person in the questions pointed out that you can search for a Viton chemical compatibility which returns a long list of corrosive and flammable chemicals that can be used quite comfortably in the sprayer.I bought mine for spraying timber care and wood preservative products which come with a range of warning labels, and these are all compatible with Viton.

Just received my sprayer yesterday but really disappointed as no matter how many times i turned the nozzle it still sprayed in a single stream and wouldn't adjust....this is caused by the nozzle being unscrewed too far....to rectify this, simply push the nozzle quite firmly whilst turning clockwise....this will re engage the threads of the nozzle onto the sprayer.....I was ready for sending it back before investigating it further and taking it apart....an easy fix but no mention of this potential problem anywhere in the instructions or online....sprayer looks and feels top quality otherwise, but time will tell....

Although the product is very sturdy, and produces a good single jet of water, it was found that after filling, it was very hard on the hands to get a positive constant pressure because there is NO GRIP on the top unit to hold onto when it is tightened, and is slippery with water ! , therefore to resulting spray is diminished in power.

This is the easily the 5th one of these sprayers that has broken in this way. I've raised this with Hozelock in the past and pointed out that there is obviously an issue that they don't seem to address. I use these mostly with water or tfr which is always flushed out. In my business I have used these for more than 10 years but the quality of the plastic neck is now very poor and no longer built to last.

As a plasterer, this is used to spray the walls with water. It takes a beating, gets dropped, covered in plaster and dust, and rattles around in the van. Still get a good year out of them, so worth the extra money compared to the yellow hozelock version.

Leaked [under pressure] at first, but after a couple of cycles, it's okay now. Good product.

I bought a cheap one of these and the seal went on first use. I guess sometimes trying to save money goes against you. Well this one although quite expensive is worth every penny. I was using it to tint windows on my camper van with a liquid mix of water and baby shampoo.. Strong spray in which the spray pattern can be altered and it holds the pressure. As soon as I got it I could tell it was very well made and not as flimsy as cheaper ones.
