I found this book online and downloaded the free Kindle edition immediately. I could not stop reading because I knew it was the truth and the answer to my questions and dilemma of so many years. Thank you so verymuch! I wont waste another hour without beginning to put into practice these truths. I also ordered the paperback.

Bruce's book does not beat you down but helps lift you up. You can do all things through Christ who strengthens you. He goes through step by step to help you see that you can conquer even weight.He teaches you the courts of Heaven. How to know, approach the court, what your rights are through what Christ has done for you. He teaches you to discern the lies that the devil has been telling you. Bruce also addresses soul wounds.His coaching in this has been very insightful too. Bruce is my brother, and he was my pastor before I moved. He has always had very insightful anointed messages. I believe God's anointing is also in this book to set you free to reach a healthy weight.God's anointing breaks the yoke of bondage. Excessive weight is bondage.I started this one month ago, and I have already lost 7 pounds. I had Thanksgiving dinner and did not gain weight. Though it is a holiday, I changed some of my excuses! I was no longer tempted by many of the foods. This is just the beginning. My main goal is to be healthy, and energetic.I now recognize false thoughts that come to mind. I have stopped saying even to myself things like, "I always gain weight during the holidays". I now say, "I hunger for healthy foods, food will not be my comforter. Not only will this book serve to help you lose weight and become healthier, but it arms you with the necessary tools to use in every area of your life. Because of the in depth understanding it has given me regarding the Courts of heaven, it has definitely changed my prayer life. A must read for those wanting to break the chains that bind us and walk in the freedom that God truly desires for our lives

I would highly recommend checking this book out. I found myself captured by his use of scripture and focus on connecting with the Holy Spirit to take change of your health in a positive manner.

It was very short with a couple of prayers. However, nothing too great.

Supernatural Weight Loss in the Courts…. I feel this book has been a divine discovery of freedom, repentance, It brings hope and life which has so very much been an exciting journey in reading. This is a timely book brought by the faithfulness of the Father through Bruce.
