Exactly what you expect. Works great with my Sony A7V

As a professor photographer and videographer I am looking to reduce cost. Storage is costly. I have little experience with Gigastone. I primarily use the 2 big brands. The belief is these are the most reliable. I shot 1100 shots with this card with no problems. This is about 25% cheaper than the market brand for V60 speed and storage. I will try Gigastone again.

So far, so good. I've used two of the cards in my camera. Only one malfunction which was probably the fault of the card reader I was using. Over 1,000 photos so far.

Worked near advertised speeds in 2021 MacBook Pro 14". 86MB/s write avg, 240MB/s read avg, using BlackMagic Disk Speed Test. Would have loved it to reach its potential, but testing in 2 late model M1 series MacBooks, they both produced the same results. Overall, great. value.

Worked great for a while then randomly corrupted while in my camera (Camera could not detect the SD Card). Now it is unreadable and I've downloaded software to my PC to try to get my photos back that I had not backed up yet BUT the computer is unable to detect the SD Card as well. Will have to pay someone to retrieve my photos. Ordering from Sandisk next instead of Gigastone.

quick speed. will hold lots of pictures for our upcoming trip!

Using with a Sony A7iv with 24mm 1.4 GM lens. Shooting video for content creation. Transferring to 2023 MacBook Pro 14” M2 using card slot on laptop. No issues at all so far.
