Best welding helmet I have had, so far.
I really like the grinder button on the outside. The visibility and clarity is really good. The ability to save your settings is also very nice. The bottom of the helmet is really easy to grasp with gloves on as well. The price is great. One thing I don't like is that the instructions weren't in English.

Great view, nice features, just buy it!
I can’t stress how nice it is to use this compared to my last helmet. The picture both before and during welding is very clear, easy to see your setup even in low light situations. The ability to change settings without removing welding gloves is very nice as the buttons are tactile, not a touchscreen. The grind button is placed in the right place making it easy to switch between grinding and welding simple. This makes welding easy, my wife now loves me and people everywhere respect me. If you want more friends, the ability influence everyone you know and to build larger muscles, buy this helmet.🤣🤣🤣

Incredible.
I have the A50 model and decided to check this one out. Very nice quality. I have bad eyes that can't adjust very quickly and this hood makes it very easy to weld with. The clarity is something I've never experienced with any other brand. I don't think I would look anywhere else for a hood. The updated controls are nice too. No need to pull the gloves off. Definitely worth the money and I would buy again if needed.

So Much Than I Expected
Just over a year ago I was torn between this A60 and Optrels' Vega View 2. I chose wrong. I chose the Optrel. The moment I got it I looked through its lens and saw no better resolution than the $80 generic I had been using. The other big problem with the Vega View is the impossibility to wear a mask behind it. There isnt space for any type of mask. Optrel should have allowed for PPE but didnt! They never responded to those emails asking what mask did fit.Fast forward a year and I pull the Vega out to weld and its dead. Low voltage killed the crystals' ability to respond. Clearly a problem for Optrel.Within 30 seconds of looking through the lens of the A60 I saw clearer than EVER before. You can gleen insight even when not blocking light. It takes some experience but 10 or 15 helmets later and I have only upped the quality to protect my eyes. The A60 is definately worth the money. I dont think I ever actually saw the weld puddle before. I'm sure that reads nutty but its the best way to describe it. I thought I saw all there was to see but I wasnt. I didnt know until I knew! Its not about more light into my eyes its the difference of 2K versus 4K... its all in the details and the brain rewards you for it.I really hope this helps you make a decision. Remember, its about saving your eyesight, not just detail, better welding and the rest of the short term gains.

It’s great
I love everything about this hood. I’m a diesel mechanic and compared to my 100 dollar hood this thing is like wearing sunglasses. The quality of my welds have definitely improved because I can see what I’m doing and where I’m going. My old hood seemed you either had to hurt your eyes or could barely see where you wanted the weld to go. The sight picture is large so if you got to wedge you head in a small spot chances are you can see it. My only complaint is there is no ridge to keep the outer lens from getting scratched.

Best TIG helmet I've ever had
I mostly use this helmet for my tig welding, and so far it's been top notch. I've seen a few negative reviews on the headstrong that I don't get because this thing glues yo my fat melon easy enough for the whole day. The visors are prone to scratching so if you're going to be consistently stick welding at the bottom of a well in the amazon rainforest then yes, this one probably isn't for you. But if you need high visibility and are doing tig work this helmet is tip notch.
