Great sports bluetooth earbuds
It's a great and improved product from the Tranya family. We like the high quality product for the following reasons:1. Great sound quality: clear, suitable for various kinds of music (you can hear all the detail!), and easy to control2. Open ear design: we use these products during our exercise without any issue. The fact that they don't go in to the ear canal makes it much more comfortable and allows other sounds from the surroundings. It is important especially when we do outdoor jogging. However, even with the open ear design, their improved microphones can filter out the environmental noise. We have tried and are satisfied the sound quality for normal phone calls and virtual meetings. 3. Long battery life and type-C fast charging, bluetooth connection remains stable.

The Bluetooth headphones/earbuds you've been looking for to replace your wired ones
I have been looking for YEARS for a good pair of headphones/earbuds that were just as comfortable and good as the Panasonic Ear Clips I've been using. Because I do a lot of Video/Audio stuff on my computer, getting a pair with low latency was the most important, so that shrinks the list of candidates a lot and not all headphones that DO have low latency advertise it as such. I've purchased in the past some Bluetooth headphones that had terrible delay (which have now been relegated to just for listening to music) so after that mistake I've been more careful. The thing is so many other earbud/headphones could've worked for me, if it weren't for the fact they were the IN-EAR canal type.Just recently I thought I found the perfect replacement, except it had it's own cons that I wasn't expecting, called the Avantree TWS116 Open Ear. I was already aware of the lack of Bass before ordering and didn't think much of it since my current headphones were already like that and sounded good.So my experience with that was: the sound quality was so low, it sounded like something from a child's toy speaker (the Bass was THAT non-existent). Also it had that Bluetooth fade-in where if the sound isn't getting any sound or it's very quiet that when it gets loud again the audio would fade-in against that louder part making it so you may miss 1-2 seconds of it. The only good thing it had was APT-X LL, while the most important to me, didn't help me keep it.Now onto these headphones, so far they have been far and away THE BEST. The latency is not noticeable and feels like I'm watching and playing games with wired headphones. I've tested them out against the Bluetooth Fade-In and I'm not seeing it unless I pause a video for over 30 seconds and then it's more like 0.5 seconds with no fade-in. Sound quality is actually a small step UP from my Panasonic Earclips, which is a good thing (considering the price of these headphones). I do hear some Bass, in fact a bit more over the Panasonic Earclips. As for comfort, they're not quite as comfortable as the Earclips, but I can still wear the TRANYA X3 for hours without my ears getting sore, and I DO WEAR GLASSES.Just one last thing: I still wish there was something out there for bluetooth headphones that featured everything this has, but used something very close to what my Panasonic Ear-clips uses for speakers. Because while these are comfortable, they need to be placed on my ears perfectly for that.

My ears are sore from wearing these
I have to say this are really nice I love the look and design the sound on them is nice however my only complaint is that my ears are always vary sore when wearing them and after I take them off most of the time so I'm not sure if it's just the disign of how these are made or they just don't fit well on my ears but they just feel vary uncomfortable to me I can't wear them for a least a few minutes without my ears starting hurt I probably going to return them there might be better ones out there.

Great sound while still able to hear your surroundings
I wanted a pair of headsets that would allow me to hear my surroundings while biking, walking, or in an area where I also needed to be aware of my surroundings. To my knowledge there are two types of technologies that allow this; bone conduction like my pair of Shokz headphones which use direct vibration through the cheekbone and air conduction like these X3’s that transmit sound waves by air to the inner ear. One thing I didn’t like about the bone conduction headphones was that at loud volumes and certain frequencies my cheekbone would also vibrate. The X3’s on the other hand did not vibrate at higher volumes and overall had decent sound quality; the base was a bit lacking but that is to be expected with either of these types of headphones. At higher volumes there is some sound bleed and people nearby can hear sound coming from the headphones but not make out exactly what is being played. Of course, at higher volumes the ability to hear ambient noise and your surroundings is hindered so I don’t often listen that loud.In addition to the good sound quality, these wrap nicely around the ear and stay in place throughout different activities. They sit snugly on the ear without blocking the ear canal. The tops of my ears did get a little sore after extended use but a brief break or a slight adjustment would often alleviate this. It was also a little tricky at first getting used to putting these on but after a little practice I was able to put them on and remove them easily. The hard case is a bit wide, but thin enough and sturdy enough to fit in a pocket or in a pack. The touch controls are a little quirky and took a bit getting used too. I found there is a raised “button” that acts as the touch input and there is a slight delay once the button is touched. You can also use just the left or the right earpiece individually giving you greater flexibility, but this will limit some of the button functionalities. Overall, the X3’s have great sound and capabilities while allowing you to also hear and interact with your surroundings without pausing the music or taking an earbud off.
