Excellent blade
Easy and effort less chopping, great product

Works really well but stains easily
This is a solid unit and works quite well, slices and cuts veggies as easily as promised. The blades are really sharp and well positioned, the hand guard does a great job at shielding human flesh from being shredded, so it’s definitely better than others that I have used in the past. That said, I did cut my finger when cleaning the inserts after use, so do take extra precaution. The only downside is that it took just 8 carrots to stain the unit beyond the power of any dishwashing detergent, the stain doesn’t even lessen after further scrubbing by brushes. I can’t help but feel disappointed that a well designed unit such as this one can’t resist common food stains on first use.

Attachments sit too close to blades
The way this product is designed makes it impossible to perform a large chip or a large chop. Even the largest attachment still makes very thin French Fries.
