Awesome pole
This is one tough pole. It's a little troublesome to extend, but it works great. Will be buying more.

Solid-ish
It extends okay, sometimes retracts if you thrust too hard, but it does telescope in to just about 3 feet, give or take, so it's easy to transport. I use it for frogs. I was hoping it would double as a walking stick, but it doesn't lock in place well enough for that. Overall satisfied enough

Pice of crap
Not even five minutes after opening this product I attached my gig head and went to lock the pole in place. The cheap locking mechanism failed and I’m left with a pole that does not lock so it is essentially useless. On top of that it is flimsy and would not hold up to any sort of effective use. Would not recommend to anybody

This is a must have for your frog gig.

It will work this season
Very light and has great extensions and rigidity, Very cheap material. Mine cracked the first use. I’ll use it until I can’t and then I’ll find a better quality pole.

Courteous seller
My order was taking way longer than it’s was saying, but I waited, waited, and waited. I understood that things coming from China would possibly take awhile to get here so I was patient. When I just couldn’t take it anymore I contacted the seller and just inquired to the whereabouts of my order cause it had been about a month and a half since I purchased. The seller was nice and apologized and told me they sent another order out and if my other order came to just keep it as a gift. Well a few days later they both came in at the same time and I’m very impressed with the way it’s constructed. It gets plenty long enough to reach way out and get some frogs and seems very sturdy, I just haven’t got to use it yet due to the weather. All in all very pleased with the purchase!

Bought two both are broken now
This pole is super weak and does not hold up to the task. Also the gig threaded end came off in a fish and I lost the spear and fish! The other the tightening system failed so when you went to spear the fish it would collapse on its self.

Cheaply made
I just bought the 9.8 pole litterly took it outta the pack put a 8mm frog spear head touched the water twice and the head fell off and now my pole is no good $122.00 gone just like that bull crap
