A well made unit that is easy to use and ,so far ,has worked well .

Only bought in November and gone faulty
The media could not be loaded. Was good while it lasted its short life.Strangely thinks its charging when has no charger even connected. Probably a fire hazard

Superior to the X Priv and much more sturdy charging port
Far superior the the X-Priv that I used to have where the USB charging port would get unreliable/loose after 6-8 months. This one now charges on the side with USB C so it's much more sturdy.Touch screen is responsive and you can lock it to stop you activating it by accident. There's also a button on the side that allows you to toggle the screen on/off completely - that's really useful.So far so good, very pleased.

Misleading advert but great product
The advert says that this comes with a 6.5ml tank....It doesn't. It comes with a standard 2ml tank. Apart from that it is really good.

When I ordered this device there was write battery included but when I received the item was without battery, I'm really upset about that
