Les bacs sont cassés sur les bords et la plupart des poignées de fermeture sont endommagés donc inutilisables. J'ai fait une demande par mail afin de savoir s'il est possible d'obtenir d'autres poignées.

4 boxes from 5 are defect: broken handles, defected plastic cover. CATASTROPHE! It's a huge package and enormously heavy, how to send it back??? It's impossible to carry it to post office. Can Amazon pick it up from me?
