I recently purchased the Flanders E-Z Flow II - 16'' x 20'' x 1'' - Disposable Filters for my HVAC system and I couldn't be more satisfied. Just what I needed.

Lower merv, less stress on system and overheat alarms. Replace em every 30 days

Lower MERV rating and more frequent replacements mean less AC and air quality issues. These filters do the job without breaking the bank, and without leaving a bunch of extra packaging laying around as they all just come in one box.Had a slight issue with a couple filters arriving lightly smashed, but only enough to add 30 seconds to a filter change to straighten them back out.

Just what I ordered.

I like the price. In addition, it provides good airflow. I was buying the thinker allergy prevention filters. My AC units were clogging and needing more service work. The AC guy explained to me that the unit has to work harder with thicker filters. That said, make sure you change it frequently. We change our filters every month during the summer. Winters, we change less frequently. Also, it's a good excuse to drop by and make sure a tenant is taking care of the property.

These filters are just perfect for monthly filter changes.
