I am not normally one to just jump in here and write a review for things, but this has improved my life so much I had to! I was suffering badly with IBS (nausea, pain, aches, flu like symptoms) in the morning. I was in severe pain a few weeks ago and was reading about IBS treatment when I ran across this. I have read about L-Glutamine and it's gut repair benefits, but was skeptical. Amazon's price was pretty decent, so I decided no huge loss if it didnt work. It is a white fine powder, but nicely it has no taste even when mixed in plain water. Boy was I shocked just a few days later! No changes to diet or eating habits, but for the first time in a good year I had a normal bowel movement with NO nausea or pain! Wow. I was truly amazed. Now after only a week I'm pain free and nausea free. Such a simple fix to a horrible problem. I've been taking a Prebiotic and Probiotic to help repair everything but this morning I feel human once again! I can only hope this works for you too because IBS is terrible.

I like this tasteless powder, it mixes easily and I have experienced better digestion and gut comfort. I put 1 scoop in my coffee each morning.

My favorite thing about the L-glutamine is that it is pure with nothing else added. It is a powder with a scoop that you can add to absolutely anything, even a glass of water! It has a slight flavor and that's it. A lot of times I scoop it and dump it on my mouth and wash it down with water. One container lasts a long time. Definitely worth the money for a quality product to help fortify your intestinal lining!

I bought it months ago but I can’t take it because couple times that i took it wanted to throw it out.smell sooo bad and taste sooo bad!! Like a spoiled dead animal or fish!!! Waste of money!

This guy seems to know firsthand about these types of issues so I want to give it a try.Fast shipping and packaging is very user-friendly. A large black plastic top screws easily off and on. There was a substantial amount of product. Much more than I was expecting! It comes with a small scoop to easily measure each dose. Very fine, white powder that dissolves very easily and quickly in a glass of cold water. My biggest concern was how it would taste. I was pleasantly surprised that it was almost undetectable. That has made the routine much easier to stick to. I am drinking it 15 to 30 minutes prior to my coffee with absolutely no side effects. I have been adding it to my routine for over two weeks so not really long enough to know whether my monthly issues will continue.
