Q: What is the difference between Q+ and Queen

Q+ states 175 - 240 lbs. With a height of 5'0" to 6'0"

Q: Size chart doesn’t have weight or height just repeat the size - What kind of guide is that?

If you weigh over 250lbs and over 5'9" the QUEEN PLUS which is the largest size it will not fit you well. When I weighed 180 to 220lbs the the Queen plus fit well. Once I went up to 240lbs and over , at 5feet 9inches I had to stopped using them and used a different brand. I cannot remember the exact sizes to weight and height. My advise would be to go in a pharmacy like CVS or Walgreens even Walmart sell them and look at this sizing then you can order online
