The first thing you notice about this neck pillow is how amazingly soft it is. I don’t know if I can ever get used to the pliability of memory foam, but given the feel of this pillow and the softness of the outer material, I’m very pleased.It comes exactly as pictured, has a case that just the right size with a closeable strap to keep the pills inside, and the colors are great and would hide any accidental spills or stains.As an added addition, it has a little buckle/latch across the front that’s really helpful if you want to keep it around your neck while walking (which I sometimes do when exiting the plane) or for attaching it to your luggage while traversing the airport.Can’t wait to take this with me on my next trip! Looking forward to increased comfort and perhaps a little nap.

Didnt want to review until after my trip. Flew from US to Thailand which is like a 20hr flight and this pillow is amazing. When you first recieve it and feel the pillow you will be amazing on how nice it feels. The pillow rolls up into a ball and goes into a cover where you can attach to your carry on for easy traveling and access. Great neck support, material, and value.

I have a small neck and this would not support my head because my chin would slip down inside of the neck support. I used this for a 15 hour flight and I did finally jury-rig it so it was useful. It does have very firm foam but it’s also flexible enough to twist into various positions that proved helpful for me. I used it more like a pillow. I also found it to be a bit bulky in my carry-on backpack to haul around Europe for three weeks. However, It does keep your head from falling completely to one side or the other. The carrying pouch is nice to help condense it.

Bought this for my husband for our trip to Florida over the summer. It was awesome. You can spin it around your neck for different angles or levels of comfort to adjust or hold your head. Very soft fabric and glad we bought. It also has a strap closure to either keep in place while wearing or to use to hang/hook onto your luggage handle for easy access while navigating through the airport or using during a layover. Would buy again.

I have tried several of these pillows and narrowed them down to this one, the BUYUE Travel Neck Pillow and the BCOZZY Neck Pillow. I wanted to choose this one because it is over $20 cheaper than the BCOZZY. It is soft and cozy, but when my head goes down, it doesn't feel comfortable because the strap doesn't bring the 2 pieces of the pillow together to support my chin. As a side sleeper, it's great! It's a bummer that I have to return.

They memory foam on this pillow is just squishy enough for my liking. The fabrics are a soft mesh and a t-shirt material. I like the way the it does not get too hot for me while using it. Overall it is a great travel pillow that rolls up nicely into a small ball and can be carried anywhere you can clip it or carry it.

UPDATE: This is an excellent product! Very comfortable and secure, and helped me sleep on the plane without it shifting or losing shape. Very glad I bought it!I haven't used this yet (upcoming trip), but I did test it out briefly when it arrived, and I'm initially very impressed and pleased! Very soft fabric, appears to be great quality, and the memory foam is a HUGE improvement over the inflatable ones. And it folds up quite small into it's own protective bag, so it will stay cleaner.

Even after pulling the strap as tight as this can go, it is still very loose around my neck. Doesn’t provide adequate support at all. I would not recommend this and I will be returning it.

Bought for my European trip. I have neck and shoulder muscle issues so wanted something that was comfortable and supportive yet easy and small to pack. This is it. Your neck stays elevated vs slouching and the support allows your neck to actually rest. This kept me comfortable. Wont travel without it now.

It has a good quality and shape but it doesn't have a good and frim grip around my neck (161 cm tall). I had to put the plane's small pillow under it to make it more practical but it helped me sleep during my long flight.

At first we weren’t sure about them, they’re a little different to your average travel pillow, but they have proven themselves over time. The shape and firmness is just right, and they can be rotated in so many ways for a variety of comfortable neck positions. If something happened to ours, we’d buy these again!
