EZ GLAM 10ft/13ft/16ft/20ft Air Mat Tumble Track Inflatable Gymnastics Tumbling Track Mat with Electric Air Pump for Cheerleading/Practice/Beach/Park/Home use

The Tumble Track I was sent was not an EZ Glam tumble track. I have an EZ Glam track that I purchased about 2 years ago and it is completely different. It has a huge EZGLAM label on the side, it came with a patch kit. It came with an air pump with the correctly fitted attachments and it stays fully inflated for months without losing any air. This tumble track is not any of that. It doesn't inflate all the way and it loses air after less than 24 hours. It didn't come with a patch kit. The air pump had the wrong attachments and it is not even the same size as the other tumble track, which it is supposed to be. I feel like I was scammed. Packing this back up to return it is such a massive pain in the butt that we have just settled for what we got but I have come to realize that I should have been sent what I ordered not this cheap knock-off. I posted photos of the new knock-off blue mat next to our original EZ GLAM mat for comparison.***UPDATE***After contacting the seller and sending them photos they decided to send another tumble trak. This new one is a massive improvement. It had the patch kit, the correct nozzle attachments and it stays inflated. It's still missing the EZGLAM label, but the paperwork/instructions that came with it were from EZGLAM. I guess it pays to take 5 minutes and speak up.

This product seems really well made. Unfortunately 16 feet is not long enough for my son to practice his tumbling. Should have gotten 20 ft. There’s enough room to do a roundoff but not a round off followed by a back handspring.

The kids love the airtrack. Quick and easy set up/inflation. The company has impeccable customer service. A component on the pump was broken so I reached out to the seller and they quickly responded and sent a new pump that arrived in a few days. I would highly recommend buying from this seller.

This was our first attempt at an air track for our 12 year old daughter who is a level 6 gymnast. We ordered the 8" thick x 16FT size. The track arrived on time and the package was not damaged despite the heavy weight. The track is a bit heavy for this size. We let the air track acclimate & warm up in the house before trying to unroll and inflate the matt. I took my time inflating. Stopping to let it settle before fully inflating. Also helped make sure the folded parts were unfolded by hand before inflating it. Small air pump worked ok for the job. I would suggest letting it rest as you inflate to prevent over working it. After 30 minutes on the track, we noticed it had lost some air. My first thought was it had settled in and needed to be topped off. I added some air and decided to do a soap bubble check at the inflation port. We did not have any leak at the air inlet port. After soaping all the main seams, I found a leak at one of the corner seams. We have processed a return \ replacement. We will see how the second one works when it arrives. I will update my review after receiving the new one.Pros:- Firm and good bounce quality. The 8" thickness provides good cushion and firmness for the tumbling passes.- Appears to be good quality materials.-Storage bag looks to be good quality-Comes with a repair kit in case the matt gets a puncture. Also has a plastic spanner wrench for checking and tightening the air inlet valve.Cons:-Not really a con but in the 8" x 16FT size it is a bit heavy. Really need two people to manage moving it around. Not a negative in my mind.

EZ GLAM has responded very quickly to two issues I have had with shipping of another product ordered from them. Not only were they quick with their response, but they were willing to make sure that the issue was resolved quickly. I don't often leave feedback for sellers, but felt EZ GLAM had gone above and beyond for me more than once and that it should be noted so others know they are a trustworthy company.I purchased this this for my daughter and it has been amazing. At first I questioned why air tracks cost so much however I accidentally drove over the this air track in my SUV while it was fully inflated and it did not pop or cause any damage. I was completely amazed that it was fine after I made that mistake. My daughter uses this every day and so it moves around quite a bit without any issue. This air track and another air track are stored on hooks attached to the outside of our garage and covered with a tarp. We have left this outside overnight when there was a heavy rain and it did not cause any damage to the air track. This item is very well built and can take a lot of abuse without being damaged.

This air track is nice and durable with no leaks. The build quality is excellent, and the deck surface feels good. Unfortunately at first they sent me the wrong size (too big). However the seller was very responsive and courteous, and quickly took care of the problem. I would highly recommend EZ-Glam to any one looking for a good value and moderately priced air track.

The unit works well, and the kids enjoy it.Initial review with edits:Package finally came in from China and we've inflated it for the first time. First impressions:1) although the pump was electric, it was not the one pictured. The quality seems much lower than the one in the picture.2) The air coming out of the pump became very hot, and we had to stop a few times to let it cool out of fear that it would overheat.3) The surface was already covered with bare footprints, although the unit appeared to be new. I'm not sure how that could happen, I will assume it was some kind of testing. I would certainly have expected that it would have been cleaned before shipping it.4) The carry back is cheap plastic and cannot hold the weight. It ripped as soon as I tried to pick it up.Updated my review: the correct attachment to inflate was in the box, just at the bottom of the box.
