This mix makes great pancakes and waffles. Both are really easy and quick to mix. Kids love them and makes weekends much easier than having to make from scratch!

Comes in a very big pack, which means you will be having pancakes every day for some time. Easy to make (although I had to search online for the equivalent in cups because this one only had the weight equivalent): 1 cup of the mixture, 2/3 cup cold water (it makes a big difference if you use cold versus tap water), then mix until lumpy. Tastes like American-style pancakes. Fluffy (tip: do not pat the pancake while cooking). Another tip: cook over medium heat and flip only once; when bubbles start forming on top, that's the time to flip. Not too sweet. I will buy this again -- if I can finish this huge pack, that is.

Rarely available in Costco so after finding this on Amazon....win winAlways have some on hand in the house! So easy to make, so tasty and I sometimes batch make a handful and pop in the fridge so kids can snack on them later in day (minute in toaster)
